We come to Estes Park every year and enjoy shopping downtown. One of our favorite stores is The Grey House. Many cute things, different from other stores that have the same things. I am saddened to say that today's shopping experience was not great. The woman working in the downstairs was very unfriendly and unhelpful. This is not what I would expect from a store this classy. 4/5 stars due to your employee.

Hands down, best boutique in Estes Park! My friend and I loved it so much that we went back after looking through all the other stores on Elkhorn Ave. The Grey House has high quality unique womens, mens, baby/kids clothing, hats, perfumes and other gifts. The owners and employees were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They didn't watch you like a hawk or ask 10 times "still doing okay?". A relaxing and fun atmosphere that made it truly enjoyable to shop around, try things on, ask for fashion advice etc. and on top of that, their sale rack was a huge score. It's only been a day since I shopped in The Grey House but I already want to go back! 10/10 recommend

This store is a true gem. I found my way into it with my husband and children … and then proceeded to come back the next day because I wanted alone time. Great jewelry offerings, on-trend and classic clothing. I hate souvenir shops that peddle the basics. This is not that at all. I highly recommend for those with a palate that wants to remember a vacation, but not wear cheesy clothing as part of that process. Everything here was amazing (I walked away with four pieces of jewelry, a tank top, and a sticker).

This is my favorite store in Estes Park! The owners are so sweet and helpful. The kid section is adorable, and the quality of all of the clothing is unbeatable. Don't even get me started on the accessories...my favorite! Be sure to check out this store in downtown Estes Park. The store is even accessible from the river walk which is a big plus!

Locally owned, friendly people, and a great selection of choices for everyone, including local handmade products. They are being very COVID safe and their floor layout makes it easy to social distance.

Just got my beautiful coat in and it even came with a little tote and a handwritten note! I saw this coat when I was in town a few weeks ago and the girls helped me order it online! They were very responsive and super sweet. Thank you Grey House!

This store is the best place to go in downtown Estes! The clothing and accessories are modern, functional and oh so cute! They even have stuff for babies and littles. My favorite ❤️ Not to mention, their customer service is top notch.
