What a beautiful gem! Quiet, gorgeous view, secure, hot tub, clean, well taken care of with a hot rain forest shower, towel warmer and a big bed. The entire place was just incredible all the way around. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Solitude Gem Lake 203 in Estes Park Colorado. It was an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful. The room had a fireplace that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. All good things to say. It will be a fond memory of our stay in Colorado.

We stayed at H7 at Hope Mountain in Allenspark. The primary feature of this home is the pool. With 6 children in our extended family, the pool is why we selected this home. We had three groups who came in from 3 states to be here. Because of a big snowstorm, we had to work very hard to get into the house. Imagine our dismay when we found the pool closed despite no mention in the listing or in any communications with SkyRun. There are also several great bathtubs in the home but guests are instructed not to use them because the house has a limited water supply. Read ALL the fine print. We left after two of three nights and asked for a partial refund due to the pool being totally unavailable . We were offered 3%. Cannot recommend this management company and will not be using them in the future.

As owners of a formerly skyrun managed condo we would not recommend skyrun to anyone. The franchise managing our condo went bankrupt, owing us thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, corporate skyrun did not take responsibility for this franchise.

They will not refund you what you are owed. In Fall 2023, I booked a 2 bedroom condo here. I needed to change to a smaller unit, so I called and changed to a one bedroom. The difference was over $200 and I asked for the refund. I was advised it would take 6-8 weeks to process. Once the 6-8 week mark passed I sent an email inquiring about my refund and was told "the previous owner is no longer part of the company, so you need to contact him directly for your refund." Interestingly, the same person who helped me change the reservation (and advised about me getting the refund in 6-8weeks) is the same individual I spoke to when I was advised they were not responsible for the refund. That person even knew EXACTLY how much I was owed. It is apparent there is obvious overlap between these two companies (with the same name), yet no one feels responsible for settling their debts. Be aware that if you may have to change or cancel - you will likely be out the entire cost.

We have enjoyed staying at the Boulder Brook on Fall River Road every year for our anniversary the past 30-years. The service to customers is not what we came to expect since new ownership over a year ago. We used to have a treat basket waiting for us with a “Thanks for being a repeat customer, Happy Anniversary” or something similar. That personal touch is no longer there. We also arrived this past time to snow all over the walkways and porches. Being there before we knew there was often ice built up on the walkway so were not happy to navigate without being able to see if there was ice. Part of the written agreement in the room was to expect maintenance to clear snow once it was 4 inches deep. As an elderly couple with difficulty walking we were very disappointed that we had to find something to sweep the walkway ourselves before entering the property. We are also very disappointed that the price increased significantly, to the point it is no longer possible for us to continue our annual visit. Being required to “clean up” the room by bagging all trash, washing the used dishes, gathering all laundry and wiping counters and sinks down so it doesn’t look like it was used is not a good way to introduce a price hike of more than $125. What used to cost us $185 per night is now over $300 and the check-in/check-out time is 4 pm and 10 am; not giving much time to enjoy the experience more than 1 day for a 2-night stay. I have to say it was a good run while it lasted but sadly we will no longer be customers.

UPDATE: It’s been 3 weeks since we checked out and we still haven’t received any refund. We stayed in the Creekside Retreat unit. We checked in on Sunday, 12/17, and my kids noticed there was rat poop on the floor in the bunk room. We vacuumed it up and let the company know about it. It was after hours so nobody responded. Then, upon waking up on Monday, my hands, face, and neck had bed bug bites. You could visibly see several bugs (tinted red) running around the covers. Maintenance came over and confirmed they were bed bugs. We were moved to another unit but we wasted a day of our vacation cleaning our clothes, steaming our luggage, and spraying our vehicles. Not to mention the 4 days I spent itching and oozing because I’m allergic to them. It made for a miserable week and I even had to see a doctor and get two prescriptions to manage the intense itching and swelling. Skyrun offered to reimburse half of our rent, less the cleaning fee, but my husband demanded a full refund, which Julia agreed to (less the fees), but it’s been 4 days since we checked out and we haven’t received anything. Not even the half they originally offered. They do have beautiful properties so that’s why I gave them 2 stars.

We stayed in Solitude Cabins-Eagle #5. Our cabin was absolutely perfect. It was clean and up-to-date. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer! The view of the mountains from the location is breathtaking. The cabins are just far enough out of town to be removed from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough that you could get to downtown and be parked in five to ten minutes. We couldn't figure out how to light the pilot on our fireplace, and maintenance responded immediately. We hope to come back in the summer and will definitely stay in Solitude Cabins again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.I don’t write reviews usually but this situation was truly one of a kind. Our room was infested with bugs on our second night stay. Not only did SkyRun displace us for a night, they refused to give us any sort of refund for our troubles or inconvenience. They promised to place us in another room the next day, however they didn’t give us another room until 4pm. It completely threw off our schedule for the day (and for a four day trip, one day makes a big difference). The customer service was ineffective and out of line; they told us that the bugs were part of their ecosystem. I’m not paying to stay with the bugs outside, im paying for a unit INDOORS. A month later we are still trying to get a refund for at least the cleaning fee on Airbnb which they automatically refused. These people are a joke.

Nice location, the price they charge for cleaning is a bust considering the cabin we stayed in was dirty. The fan on the fireplace did not work. The reservation is not in my name. The floors had lollopop sticks and grit. The counter tops and stove also had grit. The coffee pot was filthy. We stayed in one of the marmot cabins.

The property was lovely, great view, very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights at Stutzhaven outside of Estes Park. It is a beautiful setting and a beautiful property, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rocky Mt. National Park and the surround area. However, there were some issues which, given the cost of this lodging, especially the plethora of fees (which almost doubled the cost of our stay), should never have existed. When we arrived, it was immediately obvious that there were repairs that needed to be made that had been ignored. Other similar revelations came to light over the days of our visit. Some were minor, some not so much. The ones I reported were fixed within a day, and the person I spoke to was courteous and responsive. There were other issues we discovered later, which I reported at the end of our stay, so that someone could deal with them at another time. Examples of deferred repairs and cleaning included: refrigerator light out, broken drain on the bathtub, malfunctioning heater/fan in one bathroom, hairs on the bathroom floor and dead flies around the perimeter of the living room. The most egregious issue came to light when I went to bed at 11pm the first night. I pulled down the comforter and the sheets looked like someone had slept in the bed already. I ignored it at first, but when I pulled down the top sheet to get into the bed, there was a very dried up dead spider in the bed. This meant that the sheets hadn't been changed since the last person slept in that bed. I didn't mind the spider per se, but I did mind a lot that I was sleeping in a bed that someone else had slept in. I looked around the house for other sheets but didn't find any, and it didn't seem like a bonafide emergency to call in at 11pm. So I just did the best I could for the night, but I didn't get much sleep. It was an inexcusable oversight, especially considering all the business with Covid and the need for things to be particularly clean and disinfected. I called the office in the morning to report this, and by the end of the day, the bed had clean sheets, the bathtub drain problem was solved (temporarily), and the refrigerator had a working light. However, given the exhoritant cost of this lodging, over $450 per night including all the fees, I would have expected more than a cursory telephone apology and a set of clean sheets! The person I spoke to, or her supervisor, or someone, should have offered me a refund for that night, at the very least. Other things that we were distressed about while in the house were the many threatening, intimidating instructions left for guests. It was not a welcoming or relaxing environment. Every other instruction came with a dire warning of extra fees, fines, and other consequences if the guests should stay past 10am by even a few minutes, if there was a problem with the fireplace, if you fail to empty the trash in exactly the right way, etc. I was not comfortable in the house at all, fearing that if I did something wrong, huge extra fees/fines would appear on my credit card at some later date. And while there were many warnings about what not to do, there were few instructions on practical things: for examaple, how to properly use the fireplace (not just what NOT to do with it), where the thermostat was so that we could turn on the heat -- I found a small electronic screen in the dining room area but it didn't turn on with touch and we could figure out how to make it work (also not something I considered an emergency to call about in the evening). We loved the setting of the house. It was private, quiet, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, comfortable, with lots of amenities. The people in the office were responsive and pleasant, on the phone and by email and text. Aside from some glitches in your website when I initially booked the reservation, my online experience was easy. However, the cleanliness/maintenance lapses were such that I'd be reluctant to rebook in the future, though we do plan to return in the spring. I hope this is helpful feedback. I hope that ot

This place exceeded expectations. Kudos to the interior designer / decorator. Beautiful place in a beautiful town. We will be back and will also check out your rentals in other states.(small feedback: put a grab bar outside or on the shower as the jet tub is super deep. And a better hook on door to bath-towel just falls off.)
