I've never had any problems here. I guess it depends on the type of human you are when leaving reviews. They let me have hot water for free for my own mug as well. Associates are always pleasant.

We were lost and on a very strict timeline - we stopped in and the cashier was VERY helpful getting us to where we needed to go.
