Quite an extensive gift shop with everything you'd expect and two levels! If you're planning on going to the restaurant, go to the gift shop first because your receipt gets you 15% off in the restaurant and I didn't know that beforehand. Restaurant is like a diner but nicely decorated and a wonderful view out the window. Was very decent before entering the park. Clean and extensive bathrooms.

Was really looking forward to getting some cute apparel and goodies there and I was able to walk in and when I went into a section of the store, they closed off the main part of the store. No warning or anything. So I didn't get to get anything I wanted because they wouldn't let me check out quick. Very disappointed. Ruined my mood for sure.

Less crowded than the other entrance, clean, and kind staff.

This gift shop is huge! It has souvenir’s of all shapes and sizes as well as clothing. It also has cold drinks and an ATM. It does not have any camping gear so you cannot stock up here if you forgot something. But this is the best place around to get Rocky Mountain themed gifts or souvenirs. Its two stories! Also its wheelchair accessible and there is a baby changing station in the mens restroom as well as women’s.

A huge variety of souvenirs, clothes, toys, and much much more. Some things were relatively priced well, others were not but it’s a great place to get RMNP souvenirs. Bathrooms are also located inside and are clean.

It's a large gift shop with a lot to see but when I went it was sparsely staffed and they all looked quite miserable. I heard them complaining to each other which wasn't very professional, but maybe things are really tough in their department or maybe their managers or the owners are horrible who knows.

If you only have time for one shop in Estes or if you just don’t like to go in and out of a bunch of stores, this is your one stop shopping destination. Seriously, this place has nearly everything. It’s almost sensory overload. From Colorado made pottery and jewelry to gorgeous Native American silver jewelry, art pottery and dream catchers to cheap souvenir trinkets, you can find it all. You can spend 2 bucks on your grandchild or drop a grand on an heirloom piece. I can’t think of anyone you couldn’t find a gift for in here. Prices are definitely competitive for the area and some of the items were surprisingly decently priced. And the staff were lovely as well. The lady working the silver jewelry counter was sweet and helpful and the lady running the register was too! You can wander to your hearts desire and no stink eye only helpful assistance if you need it. Just a win-win so go-go!

Lots of gifts in here and a clean restroom for you to use when you need a pit stop. Head to visitor center next door for some magnets and there's also free RmG guest WiFi.
