“You're about 1 mile from the entrance of Rocky Mountain national park and right across the road from Fall river. You're surrounded by mountains and are constantly visited by different kinds of wildlife! The cottage we stayed in was perfect for us! It was clean, cozy and had an awesome picture window! There was a full kitchen to cook in, as well as a BBQ pit. You're 10 minutes from downtown Estes park, so you're close to everything. We loved it and are planning to return next summer?”

3501 Fall River Rd, Estes Park“My first time staying here and it was amazing. We stayed in the 'romance' suite and it was incredible. Huge room with its own fireplace, waterfall rock, huge walk-in shower with multiple shower heads, and a jacuzzi outside the room. Breakfast in bed was included! There is a theatre room on the first floor (we didn't get a chance to use) as well as a small spa. The whole chateau is very well maintained and looks new.
The location is literally just outside one of the entrances to the RMNP.”

1888 Fall River Rd, Estes Park“Great location, great view and a great place to stay. Our room overlooked the river and we had the patio door open everyday we were there.
Rooms: Plenty of space for us. Had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, stove and all the utensils we needed for the week.
Walkability: Great area to walk around. Great views”

481 W Elkhorn Ave, Estes Park“This resort hotel is wonderful! The reviews were really good so I went based off those and photos and they were spot on. The rooms are really clean, the beds are comfortable it's 3 minutes away from downtown estes, elk roam the resort often so you get to see them and behind it is beautiful estes lake. The staff is really respectful and kind and they offer complementary breakfast. If you and you're family are looking for a great place to stay when visiting Rocky mountain national park stay at Murphy's resort you won't be disappointed!”
“This is a motel style inn that must have been updated quite recently. The rooms are not large but they absolutely have everything you need. Decor is simple yet nice. Bath and Body Works shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Great location - outside the busy downtown area but only a quick drive to restaurants and shops. Very short distance to the RMNP visitor center. Receptionist at check-in was lovely and there is a drop box for your room key if you need to leave before 7am. The inn is smoke free and pet free!”

1100 Big Thompson Ave, Estes Park“We booked here super last minute, thankfully they had a beautiful room available. It was a trip to get out of the city and away from all the stress from chemo and it was worth it! This place was lovely, and the tub made my husband so happy! We would definitely stay here again, since we love going to Estes on the off season because there's way less tourists. The staff was super friendly as well, very welcoming and just a nice breath of fresh air. We definitely enjoyed our trip and we're happy to now have somewhere else we like to stay when we go to Estes!”
“Restaurant and Hotel very close to sheep lake, sheep lake has at 7 am and 5-7 pm the best wildlife, also downtown during September has elks eating flowers around $ am and 6 pm”

3110 S St Vrain Ave, Estes Park“The hostess, Sandra, our at Twin Owls waitress, Amber and all the other staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We decided to stay in Estes Park and extra night and happened to be eating at Twin Owls on our first night. We mentioned we were considering staying in town another night and Sandra made the whole process of booking super easy! Breakfast in the morning was great and coffee delivered to the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the non-traditional hotel set up as well. There was not a front desk per se, nor staff everywhere. And yet as soon as we had a question or looked for someone, they were right there! We will definitely be back!!”

710 Moraine Ave, Estes Park“Love this location. This is not a high end hotel. It is a group of cabins that are adorable and have everything you need to enjoy your trip. The pool was wonderful. Please be sure to check out the details of either the cabins or the hotel rooms they have. The hotel is a little higher away from the water. Some of the cabins are big and right down on the river. Some are a little up the hill. Great service, great staff. Will stay again.”
“Great views, well-outfitted cabins. A quiet atmosphere that is great for relaxing and spotting the occasional elk or bear.
2024 Edit: The management of this complex has changed hands, and lacks the personal touches it did previously. They new company is much stingier with provided amenities, and the cabin lacks some of the homier feel it did in the past.”
“We stayed here in late May 2024 and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was clean and spacious. We were on a ten-day vacation (two-days in Estes Park), so it was very convenient that laundry was in the condo (plus, they provided detergent pods and dryer sheets). Honestly, they thought of everything!
The location was great, only 2-miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, and just minutes from downtown Estes Park. And, our condo was right on the brook, so we could hear the rushing water if you opened a window, plus they have a great patio area with seating. It was still pretty chilly when we were there, so we did not get to enjoy the patio as much as we wanted to.
We would highly recommend Beaver Brook on the River for your trip to Estes Park, and we will definitely stay here next time!”

1341 S St Vrain Ave, Estes Park“Absolutely wonderful stay here at the Saddle and Surrey Motel.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with the staff personalizing each room. Great location in a more quiet part of town! Highly recommend.”
“We stayed a few nights in the fall and it was a perfect place, so close to downtown Estes Park and a few entrances to RMNP. We enjoyed our stay, the proximity to everything, the surrounding lake with a great walking path, and the on-site restaurant!

333 E Wonderview Ave, Estes Park“We did the shining tour and saw a magic show at the Stanley. They were great. Our guide for the tour was very nice and had lots of great information to share with the group. Would definitely go and take more tours of the hotel. The restaurant there was ok to eat at but definitely not a favorite of Estes park for us”

“Wonderful place to have a large event. We had our wedding reception here. The catering was exceptional and the space had the most amazing views. Also the space rental was very reasonable and within our budget unlike some of the other venues in Estes Park.”
“We’ve stayed here several times and really enjoy the location. Brandon is very good at getting extra supplies, if needed and is very pleasant. Our cabin is always clean and neat when we arrive.”
