My car gave me a warning about checking the coolant while coming into town from Allenspark. I pulled over and used my maps app on the phone to find the closest auto repair shop near me. 7522 came up as the closest so I drove there and told the guys about the warning. They checked the coolant level, found that it was low, so topped it off. I asked what they would charge me and they said, "No charge." Who does this kind of thing any more?? Great service that I deeply appreciate!

Shout out to Mike and Dale at 7522. Mike gives straight answers, he's very knowledgeable and provided a great service for a burst brake line on a cross country trip with a tight itinerary. Highly recommend his auto service.

These guys were so knowledgeable and helpful. I had a flat tire on my trailer and a questionable spare and arrived right at close. They were friendly and helpful and got me safely back on the road. Shout out to Dustin for the help!

Fantastic experience with these guys. Explained I had brake lights / messages coming on and they said they could diagnose it same day, knowing I needed to leave town soon. They offered to do check several things to make sure it was alright. Turns out it was just a bit low in fluid, they topped it off and ran the codes and knew it was good to go. Took 10 minutes from pulling in to being set and that included getting good advice for other things specific to my car and road trip. And they wouldn’t take my money!
If I’m ever back in town and need any work done I’ll definitely bring my car here.

Mike is a great guy. He worked us in to his busy schedule. We were visiting the park on vacation when we noticed a problem with our brakes. Mike test drove it and checked everything out to give us peace of mind. He was very knowledgeable and told us the truth. I would recommend going to him because he is a rare honest mechanic!

During the Family road trip at the Rocky Mountain National Park , I noticed that the metal sheet that covered my rear differential was loose, hanging about four inches of the ground. I stopped at the nearest autoshop, which happened to be 7522 Automotive.
The owner was very busy with other customers and wanted me to come back tomorrow morning, but when he realised that it will not take long he assigned a technician to help me out.
Long story short, they fixed up the cover and put me back on the road in no time, refusing to take anything in return and wishing me to have a great time and be safe during the rest of the road trip!
Thank you 7522 Automotive team for your Big Hearts and for being there for people and families on the road. God Bless you all!

This is a review about how honest they are at 7522 Automotive.
5 months earlier, we brought in our car for an oil change and then immediately stored our car for the winter. We returned and found oil under the car. It took us another 3 weeks of driving the car and noticing a small oil leak before bringing the car back to 7522 Automotive asking them to find and repair the oil leak.
As you might have guessed, they had failed to sufficiently tighten the drain plug on the oil pan when they did the oil change.
The point is they (i) admitted their mistake, (ii) apologized, (iii) fixed the problem in under an hour, (iv) refilled our car with oil and (v) sent us home at no charge. Mistakes can happen. But they could have lied rather than admitting they made a mistake and charged us for an unnecessary repair (I don't know cars at all and would have believed anything they told us).
Honest shop. We are customers for life.

Great mechanic! I was in Estes Park for vacation and on the evening of my departure my alternator blew - dead in the water at 9pm. The AAA guy - Javier - recommended I take it to 7522 Automotive, so after a lovely night in the car, I called them first thing in the morning and even though the boss was gone (a man short) and a packed schedule, they said they’d squeeze me in first thing as I had a 4.5 hour drive in front of me, hungry dogs at home, and would already be late for work.
Dustin and Dale took excellent care of me! They really went above and beyond doing a thorough inspection to make sure it wasn’t my battery, fuses, or wiring. Dustin ordered the new alternator before I even arrived and with Dale’s help got it installed in record time even though it was rusted in place. They put a new serpitine belt on as well and threw in some plastic snap plugs that were missing in my engine compartment/bumper, explaining everything along the way and showing me how the old alternator was dead. I don’t know much about cars and am always suspicious of a new mechanic, but they took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. Only thing they forgot to do was reset the idle, but I was able to do that on my own once they were done by just turning the ignition two times and letting the car idle in drive for 5 minutes.
While I think their labor rate is on the high end (I suppose it is Estes Park, so what do you expect?), they helped me out in my time of need and did an excellent job. The new alternator (reman) is guaranteed for life and the shop guarantees their labor for 1 year. I made it home no problems and didn’t have to spend another night in the car. On top of the that, Dustin and Dale were both super friendly, great guys. Highly recommended if you’re ever stranded in Estes Park! The boss should give these guys a raise!

The engine on our vehicle started misfiring on our way back from Boulder with the check engine light coming on. Luckily, we were able to limp it back to Estes that night, but we had to leave the next day back to Texas.
Called Dustin early the next morning and he was able to squeeze us in for a quick diagnostic check. To our relief, turned out it was bad gas that was causing the problem. Dustin said the car would be fine to drive back if we filled it up with premium fuel and he was right! Made it back safe and sound and Dustin gave us peace of mind that we likely wouldn't have any larger issues.
Can't recommend this shop enough! Thank you!

7522 Automotive he is a great person and an awesome mechanic. I know the owner from delivering parts, when I worked at O'Reilly's. You can trust what he says he knows his stuff.
