By far the worst pharmacy. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. It will be worth the drive. They are so SLOW due to staffing. The pharmacist is rude and obviously regrets her career choice.

The staff is friendly but the wait times are pathetically slow. I don’t blame the staff, I blame the management.Update:Absolutely no changes to the speed of the staff. Today, they opened the drive through window at 9:01am. There was one person in front of me. It’s now 9:14am and I’m still waiting, enough time to write this update. This is pathetic and they need to figure this out. I keep telling my doctor’s office to stop sending my prescriptions to Walgreens, but much like I’m in the twilight zone, they somehow end up here.

This store is a joke! The excuses are endless. The lose orders, reschedule delivery orders, and half the time you’ll find employees chatting or on their phones. The lack of customer service is even a bigger issue in the pharmacy. Go to another Walgreens.

Best and busiest store ever. Very polite and informative store employees. I always fill my prescriptions at the Walgreens in Erie. The pharmacists are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I would suggest going to a different Walgreens location for vaccinations. This was my 2nd experience, and both times I had to wait 45 mins or more past my scheduled appointment time. They gave me the impression that the customer doesn’t matter. Very disappointing and I won’t go back…

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. You can count on two trips for your rx and then a fifteen minute wait on your second return trip at the new time they told you when they didn’t have it the first time.

I had an empty can to toss into the trash receptacle outside, except there isn't a trash receptacle outside. So I brought the empty can to the front check out counter on my way in where I was told by the cashier that she wasn't allowed to let me throw the can in her waste basket. So I carried my trash with me to the pharmacy and when I reached the counter I asked if I could toss it in their waste basket. The pharmacy tech informed me that he wasn't able to allow me to throw my empty can in the trash there either. In the end it's not about the trash, it's about the "we can't" and "we don't care" attitude at Walgreens in Erie. I cringe when I think that I may have had a greater need filled while at their store.

Worst pharmacy in the area. I would rate it 0 stars, if I could. Techs are smug, lazy (wandering around chatting) then claim they are short staffed which is why your child's urgently needed prescription isn't ready. Sat waiting 20+ min watching the ineptitude then told it's their lunch break so I should come back "in the afternoon" (yep that vague). BTW they close the drive-up window well before their scheduled down time. First and last prescription I will ever fill there.

I've always had good experiences with the Erie pharmacy, and they're way better than the 2 in Boulder (although I'm sure Erie could use more staff so they're not always run ragged). I usually go inside but today went to the drive-thru with no issues and just a couple minutes wait overall (in line and at the window). Not sure why all the negative reviews in the last few weeks.

The pharmacy is always backed up and slow. But a great place to go and find all of your favorite bluebell ice cream flavors.

Service, quality, clean, staff, convenience and stocking is really poor. This store used to be clean, convenient, had a great staff, excellent service but the last few years has declined dramatically, staff always different, does not have well stucking in products, pharmacy service bad prescriptions delay, not ready, out of stock. I hope gets better soon.

Very poor organization and management at the pharmacy. One line for everything and you will be lucky if it is less than 30 minutes. We came for a scheduled vaccination shot, the person giving shots. Now they say to get in a different line, not marked. They appear to have enough staff just disorganized and poorly trained, this is a management issue. Will never come back to this Walgreens location.

If I could give negative stars I would! This pharmacy is just horrible. Customer service is just awful. They are ALL SO RUDE!!! I've tried to deal with this for 9 months. Today is the day. We transfers our prescriptions.
