At Vista, the difference was clear from the start. We were taken to a comfortable exam room that had a cozy dog bed, water bowl, and calming music. Nicole, our vet tech, was fantastic, offering Charlie treats to help him relax. When Dr Raines came in, she made sure to sit on the floor to get on his level and was incredibly patient making him feel safe. They spoiled him with peanut butter and squeeze cheese, and by the end, Charlie was calm enough for Dr Raines to complete her exam and administer his vaccines-all while still getting plenty of love and affection.

The care, patience, and attention to detail made such a huge difference for Charlie, turning what used to be a stressful situation into a positive one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vista to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.”
