No one showed up to open the store 9/27/2023, waited 36 mins than left. Said they were open since 8am but doors were locked, cage was down and no one was answering the phone.

My experience was very efficient and easy. Barb was very helpful and so kind when helping me. I came during a rush and she was very quick but also attentive to every customer she talked to and cared about everyone’s experience and needs for coming into the store. Thank you Barb!

Older blonde lady would not accept my Amazon return, even though it was packed in a white cardboard box instead of a brown cardboard box. She said the thickness of the white cardboard box was insufficient. Apparently she doesn’t have very much confidence in UPS services that packages would arrive undamaged. This was my first and last experience at this store. I’ll take my UPS business to a different location.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping on Thursday with a Saturday delivery, and the package was not delivered until Tuesday night. UPS will not provide a refund for the shipping cost. Go with FedEx!

The guys working at this UPS are top notch. Their customer service is excellent and they are always insanely busy. They make sure each customer is acknowledged and given their time to handle whatever shipping need they have, Amazon returns, notary services, regular shipping, printing, they even accept USPS drop offs. They are awesome.

This place and it’s staff is near perfect. Always friendly, always accommodating even with lots of returns, and always eager to help. Seems they are trying to break the mold of what’s normally expected at a ups store!

The staff at this UPS store are stellar. They get through lines quickly, but never rush anyone who has questions. Cory goes out of his way to answer all of my questions and find the best, most economical shipping option every time. I will go out of my way to come to the store, rather than one that is closer to me.

I work at the University of Denver and our internal print shop was unable to produce the size of posters that we needed for an event with a state department. Mike was responsive and printed my posters incredibly quickly, even when I delivered them late and we were working on a deadline. He had them printed within a couple hours of delivering the images. The quality was great and he worked with our director to pay remotely. The process could not have been more seamless. I will be contacting him for future work. On behalf of the early childhood team, thank you, Mike!

I'm a regular here and the team couldn't be more helpful! Not only do I drop off Amazon packages and other UPS boxes, but I've had them notarize documents for me too. Great option for all your shipping/printing needs - - Thank you!

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!We have taken a few things here for shipment to Amazon. Every visit has been extremely disappointing and our shipments are always mixed up. We are now being charged by Amazon because the correct items are not making it to correct locations.

We had a terrible experience with this location. We paid $500 for the store to package and ship neon signs to Michigan and bought insurance. The signs arrived broken. After sharing multiple photos of the damaged contents and the boxes we were given a complete runaround and were told it was on UPS Corporate and not on them. And UPS Corporate says it’s on the UPS Store. At the very least we asked for the $500 we spent on insurance to be refunded but we have received nothing. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent documenting and sharing everything they asked for. Basically buying insurance is completely worthless. We are out $500 for shipping and $500 for insurance and have broken signs.

Dropped off two packages; one a return of expensive medical equipment and one a sweater to a friend. Deftly taped, tracked, and delivered on time and with no issues. What more could you expect?
