The Fowler Group makes it easy! Selling a home can be one of life's more stressful events but The Fowler Group made our home sale a fantastic experience. We didn't realize when we listed with Brie that we would also get access to her amazing team to assist with marketing, staging, and every other thing that comes up during the process of a home sale.Brie has a solid grasp of the housing market, both current and past, and was spot-on when recommending a sale price. We never felt like we were being pressured on any decisions; Brie is able to skillfully manage both sides of an emotional home sale and the business transaction part.The peace of mind we got from using The Fowler Group was so key in this process. We knew the home sale and related issues were taken care of, allowing us to focus on the billion other things associated with moving and buying a new home.As mentioned before, you're getting a TEAM when you list with The Fowler Group. Do not underestimate the importance of proper staging and marketing, and Brie's team is excellent at all facets. Without these value-added services our home doesn't sell as quickly and for the price we were asking. She provided a thorough market analysis/appraisal, professional stagers, photographers, and coordinated many services leading to a solid offer. Once on contract, her team persisted through many obstacles to get us to closing. Above and beyond! Brie was amazing to my family. We had a very difficult situation with a renter not wanting to have the property shown. Brie and her staff were extremely accommodating and patient. Her team fully staged the residence and did an impeccable job. We were able to get a full offer in just a few days. There was never anytime I was unable to speak to Brie personally, and that was a huge deal to me. I would recommend Brie and her team to anyone wanting a professional that truly makes you feel like you are part of the process. We are actually planing on listing another residence with Brie in the next few months.
