I have had wonderful experiences with not only upper management but all employees at this Safeway. As Far is the previous one star review,,, Large grocery stores all over the metro area Have always kept their doors open for the 35 years that I've lived here. So I don't think it's fair to bash them because of that. Birds can be a nuisance And unsanitary

This Safeway is the BEST! I have shopped at this Safeway for over 5 years and have found their store well managed- always stocked, clean with employees who are always friendly and willing to help out.

My review is primarily based on the pharmacy. It’s so refreshing to have a local pharmacist who knows your name and asks about your family. I feel like the quintessential neighborhood pharmacy where you are treated like family is not as common as it used to be, but this pharmacy embodies these communal ideals and has the utmost level of customer service. Keep it up and we appreciate you!

The deli has lost or forgotten my order twice in the last month. Things happen but the attitude of the staff was poor.

2 stars instead of 1 because the employees are so friendly- but they are out of stock of soooo many things every time I go in. I've put up with it thinking it was just "supply chain issues" or whatever and that those items must be hard for everyone to get, but the last time I came they were out of 50% of the things on my grocery list and out of desperation I went to Walmart... and they had every last one of the items safeway was out of!

Good selection. Had stock of stuff that King Soopers doesn’t.Unfortunately, I’ve had bad luck with the self checkout two times recently. This evening, five of the eight self check spots were stuck waiting for assistance for almost over five minutes with nobody in sight to help. I thought grocery stores had a policy to always keep a staff member helping with self check.

Good old-fashioned grocery store, has a great selection including great bakery, good organic foods, nice deli, and even a Starbucks.

My experience today was rather sad. Jesus helped me in the seafood department. He was not particularly friendly. Seemed rather irretated that I distracted him from his other duties to get a couple thing out of the seafood case. One was King Crab legs. The price on the scale shown was way to high. Something like 54.- dollars for 3/4 of a pound. I made him aware of the discrepancy from the price tag. He was not apologetic, but rather grumpy and came up with an excuse. After he reentered the price my crab legs ended up being only 25.- dollars. A big difference. Not my fault, yet I had to indulge his grumpy service. :-(What happened to customer service? We all can make mistakes, but its how we deal with it and acknowledge it. Thank you
