“I haven’t been to a Post Office and had a pleasant and painless visit since I was a child and I’m 30 years old. Every Post Office I’ve visited over the last decade has been absolutely awful with trash service. I and all the way to I'm so happy to report that the Niwot Post Office quite literally couldn’t do a more phenomenal job in terms of the service they provide. I’ve lived in so many places over the last 15 years and have frequented many Post Offices. Everyone of those Post Offices that I’ve gone to regardless of the time or day of the week that I choose to visit there is a line out the door, they’re understaffed and the employees have been very rude, unprofessional, and it was clear they hated their job. The people at the Niwot Post Office were so chipper, upbeat, kind, friendly and professional; I was literally in and out within less than 2-3 minutes. I’m sitting in the parking lot to write this review now so that I don’t forget because that’s how impressed I’ve been with the service. I’ve watched sooooo many people walk in and out with packages, letters, etc and come right back out in 5 minutes or less. The Niwot Post Office needs to be sent out to train the employees at all the other Post Offices in this country lol. Seriously, I never thought I could be this happy leaving a Post Office ?”
“This is the absolute pinnacle of postal service excellence, ESPECIALLY in the Boulder County area. Truly, on occasion when I consider moving elsewhere, I think about having to switch to a different "home" post office, and then I think better of it. They have the most pleasant staff. No matter who you work with you are provided thoughtful, efficient service and the post office is no longer a headache --- even when shipping overnight to get presents across the country by Xmas day. When our actual apartment mail boxes were compromised, Louisville Post Office and its staff provided reassurance and ensured its residents were taken care of and protected from any further risks or factors. Can't recommend coming here enough, especially if you are in Boulder proper. Worth the drive for the efficiency and quality of service.”

“I had a package get lost and of course I lost the receipt with the tracking number. The attendant Kelly Working the counter helped me reprint the receipt and locate the lost package. Very grateful to have found the package.”
“I came here to get my passport application taken care of. I drove 32 miles and what a surprise! Best post office ever. The employees were so friendly, the people waiting were friendly, and the service was fast. I wish this could be my forever post office.”

“I've only had one experience with this office but it is one that will keep me coming back. Debbie helped me out this past week. She saw a defeated tired mom who got her dates mixed up for an appointment. She took my anyway even though I was a week too early. I am so appreciative of her kindness. She definitely didn't have to help us but she did. Thank you Debbie. Post offices get a bad rap (my local office in erie included). I'll be traveling to this office for all my postal needs now!”

“I’ve lived in Firestone for a little over a year and a half now and have visited this post office a handful of times. I have had nothing but good experiences there so far. It is a little on the smaller/older side, but the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming towards me. and they always answer my questions thoroughly. I don’t hate going to the post office nearly as much as I did before moving here — LOL.”
“Small local post office, early weekday morning seems to be good time to utilize the counter.
Friendly counter staff, staffing is limited just like any other post offices nowadays. Therefore timing is important in utilize the counter service, otherwise the kiosk might be a good option.
Near the Broomfield government office and other business buildings so midday and afternoon could be a bit busy, as well as tax deadline etc.”
“I had a very tricky thing I needed to mail. Lots of requirements, special cases, etc. Folks at the front desk worked through 4-5 options and eventually were able to solve all my problems and get the package where it needed to go. Thanks!”

“Very inconvenient to make the drive to the postal office to find out they're closed for lunch from 1-2 o'clock. Really needs a face lift in there too. The line moves quickly. And the ladies have all been nice so far.”

“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
