“It's a great place. We took a dog there that wasn't our dog and hadn't had a bath for who knows how long. The guy set us up and they supplied the shampoo, cream rinse and blow drier. The tub is raised and has a sprayer and adjustable water temp. Oh they have a leash that clips to the wall so that the dog can't bolt. Great place you should try it. Only $15 plus tax. ?”

“I have been using Totally Ferret ferret foods for many years. Having adopted and rescued ferrets since 1997, I have found that there are many 'commercial' ferret foods ( commercial meaning they're not very healthy, usually very expensive and often detrimental to long-term over-all ferret health ) while Totally Ferret products have done wonders for the many ferrets I've had since discovering their products years ago! I have dealt with 'Liz' directly for a long time, as well as other family members and they are so patient, friendly and just great people who I highly recommend! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

They have a great selection of natural foods from raw to high end kibble, and Angela is a great resource to help you pick the best food for your furry friend on the budget that you have. Their prices are also great and competitive with Amazon. In a lot of cases prices are cheaper than Amazon. Angela is super knowledgable about food and understanding your pet's needs. I was having a hard time with my puppy and she recommended the perfect toys and treats to help keep her entertained and to allow us to have fun together in a way where I wasn't the human chew toy. This is another great part about shopping here is you get first hand recommendations. They also have some great training classes. My puppy loves going to Puppy Kindergarten class and the classes have helped her a lot with puppy socialization. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for some recommendations for food, treats, toys, and training.”

They actually carry my dogs food, and all the beast add ins and extras.They talk to you and explain things. “We came in today with our new puppy and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to meet our little girl and answer our questions. We left with an armload of treats and toys for our girl and the knowledge the staff here really love pets and their customers. I was hesitant to come here because of the poor reviews, but after looking at a bunch of them, many are just disgruntled MAGA idiots who didn't want to wear a mask during Covid and thought they'd be some kind of hero by bullying staff. Jeez.”

Explaining water cycles, peaceful fish versus aggressive fish, how many fish will fit happily in how many gallon tanks and why.. any weird question that comes to his curious 8 yr old brain. He has literally spent hours coaching my kiddo through setting up his tank. His kindness and patience is really special. Thanks for all you do Will!”
