The place seemed clean and the staff I interacted with were genuinely nice. That being said, I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of care that was taken with my nails. I have FOUR painful spots on my fingers where the natural parts of real nails were over-filed, cracked, and improperly cut. On top of that one of my fingers got nicked with the electric drill. It bled immediately but no steps were taken to properly sanitize the cut until I washed my hands when my nails were done. It didn’t stop there.. the gel on my pedicure was sloppily painted on and nothing was done to correct it. After I was done with the pedi/mani I waited at the front desk to speak to someone about my issues but was ignored by 4 different people who had made eye contact with me. I didn’t want to spend another minute there so I left after a few minutes of waiting. For what I paid for these services I feel taken advantage of. Please do not go here without heavily researching which nail tech to go with.

I was at Magic Nails on Sunday with my 5 year old daughter. When I checked in I had told them I wanted her to have Shellac and her toes pained with regular polish. They separated us at the beginning. By the time they had me go sit by her they had completed a full pedicure and manicure which I did not ask for. I thought maybe that nail tech was doing it for her for the experience. But I ended up paying for it. Which I think is completely wrong because they did not have my consent to do a full service on her. Then to top off my experience right in the middle of my service my nail tech says he is going on his lunch break and gets up and leaves for about 10+ minutes. I could not believe that. I could understand if he would’ve had someone come finish my service but he got up left and just had me sit there with my daughter who was already ready to go being her service was completed 45 minutes prior to this happening. I usually have a decent experience here especially with my daughter but I am truly disappointed in my experience. I likely will not be returning.

Fancy place, terrible service!!! Person that did my nails seemed like she was not at all interested in her job, didn’t clean my nails properly or remove the excess overgrown nail skin even though I asked her too! She just dipped my nails in the powder! Didn’t put the top coat on correctly! It’s missing from certain spots! My nails look so terrible! For the amount they charged it’s not worth going to at all!!! I love getting my nails done! But it was my first and last time at this place

Hands down the worst, and fastest pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I was well overdue for a pedicure, so my old polish was all but gone and yet this guy moved so quickly through the $46 service that he left old polish on my pinky toe. My heels are still rough even though they weren’t bad to begin with. My cuticles got zero attention, and not only are my big toe nails not square, they’re almost wavy in how he filed. I will never return to this establishment

First time getting a full set done here, and I can say I am very satisfied and happy with the results!! STEVE did an amazing job ? I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it!!! ? I will definitely be coming again! I have found the perfect spot! Everyone is friendly and place is so clean!!

The owner is blaming clients for bad experiences. They don't care if you come back or if you're satisfied with your services. I sat right next to my friend, I have to say, she received a good pedicure (she was also overcharged), MY PEDICURE WAS THE WORST PEDICURE I'VE EVER HAD. I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS AND ASKED THE EXACT PRICE AND THEY UPCHARGE WHEN YOU GO TO PAY AND ALSO PRETEND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Sam is an amazing manicurist. So please don't request her. Otherwise I won't be able to get in to see her. She's always booked up as it is. Do the paraffin treatment with your manicure. It's a little slice of heaven. And my nails always look awesome.

We've been coming here for years and the quality has gone down quiet a bit there's air bubbles only one coat and way to pricey for the quality. And they force you to tip 20%. Service wasn't like bad but wasn't good.

New to the area, wasn't sure which nail salon to pick out if all 3 of them in close proximity. But I am not disappointed with my decision! Tony did an amazing job on my pedi, really took his time and asked a lot of questions such as if I liked the way the looking was coming along, if he needed to massage harder. So considerate and I was lucky he was my technician! Very nice atmosphere and very professional. Cannot rave about it enough! 10/10 do recommend

Tried out this salon for the first time on Saturday May 4th. The nail tech, Kimmie, convinced me to try GelX. Sure, why not since it's supposedly stronger than the current Tap Gel manicure I had. She also shared that she uses GelX and it lasts 3-4 weeks. Impressive considering the chemicals she regularly works with. Im writing this review barely 5 days later & 2 nails have already come loose. I didn't get any long length. I do not work a manual job. Yet here we are, 24 hours until vacation and Im 2 nails down. Not to mention, my appointment was at 9:30. I was walking in at 9:30 & was called by their front desk at 9:30 asking if I was able to make it. This salon is really just looking for numbers at the expense of quality.

This place is a rip off. Super over priced. They up charge for anything and everything. My daughter went for a simple rebase (with her grandma) and walked out paying $80. I asked he if she tipped and my daughter told me she tipped the lowest amount this place would allow. I do not recommend.

I hardly ever get my nails done, and got the most basic paint job for my toes for vacation. I felt like $15 was a great price, and she did an excellent job, they looked really nice. I was very happy, I'd come back
