My husband, Dan and I, discovered Lafayette Erie Car Care and we are extremely happy and satisfied that we did. We have a 1965 Ford Mustang and we were very particular on the shop that we felt comfortable taking it to for repairs. From the initial conversation with Eric to the introduction of Darrel the mechanic, we knew we were at the right place. The professionalism, communication and workmanship was amazing. They truly met all our expectations! We feel very lucky to have found a qualified mechanic, Darrel, who not only is an expert in classic car repair, but is also someone who appreciates and understands the feeling of owning a classic! We will definitely continue to use their services and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you to the whole team!

This mechanic replaced bent suspension parts on my car and I'm extremely unhappy with the work. Rather than list all of the corners he cut, I'll just mention the worst one. He replaced one of the steering knuckle to strut bolts with a smaller diameter, grade 5 bolt instead of the correct part. This is really bad. It's a safety issue as well as being sloppy work.
Mechanic disputes they worked on my car. Here's my receipt and the incorrect bolt they installed.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I have been going to Lafayette Erie Import Care Care for over a decade, and during all that time and many visits I have come to know how wonderful and helpful the people are. When I began, I formed a friendship with Steve, the owner, and over the years I have been able to develop a deep trust in the work they do. Eric and Darryl are so knowledgable and dependable and kind. Recently I had my car towed there, and they called me with the great news that there was an easy remedy to the problem I had. I am so very grateful for their expertise. Thanks Guys!

Called and spoke to Eric about needing a minor repair on my car and wanted a second opinion from them, and man am I glad I called. Eric and his whole team are friendly, trustworthy, and reliable! I will always contact them for anything needed for my car. They were honest, quick, and went above and beyond to help me when I was very stressed out about my car. 100% recommend!

Had to make an unexpected trip to Colorado to deal with a death in the family. I needed to get a 2007 Toyota Tundra looked over and ready for a cross country trip to PA. On a recommendation from a local resident, I stopped by and had an appointment the next day. Truck was done same day and total cost was LESS than I was anticipating as my family has a repair business in PA. I would recommend this establishment to anyone (local or not). You wont be disappointed and will become a regular customer.

Truly incredible seeing a shop where everyone is happy doing the work. They are able to fix cars as an artwork and get creative to make sure the job is done better than anywhere near by.
