This pharmacy has gone downhill and fast. Staff are overworked I understand but no excuse for being horribly rude to patients. Like others have said, I would recommend getting your meds filled elsewhere

Every interaction that I have with this pharmacy has been very positive. Especially in comparison to other pharmacies. They do a great job, great customer service!!!!!

Such a situation arose that there was no antibiotic at Walmart and the doctor sent the entire order to this King soopers. I don’t know what this girl’s name is, but she herself called Wal-Mart to cancel the order and did everything to help us. Thank you

Terrible customer service. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let everyone know who she is but she had me so frustrated I could hardly see straight. If my kid had not been there I probably would have fallen on the floor and thrown a darn tantrum. As if the sky high prices and uncanny ability to always be out of what I need wasn't enough, now I have to also deal with a stubborn (add your own derogatory noun) on a power trip.

Unfortunately, this pharmacy continues to disappoint. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unbelievably slow. I realize most places are understaffed so I try to be understanding; however, every time I pick up a prescription I sit in the line for at least 35 minutes, and I am not exaggerating. I would recommend getting medications elsewhere.

If I could give a zero or negative, that would be preferable. I am a physician here in town (for the past 18 years) and have used all of the local pharmacies many times. Never have I run into the disrespect and absolute idiocy as I did at this pharmacy today. I tried to call in a legitimate prescription for a patient (hydroxychloroquine) and here is the response that I received...they would not fill this prescription because it was "quackery" and they had every right to decide what they would or would not fill based on--wait for it--THEIR knowledge, NOT the knowledge of the doctor OR knowledge of what the patient needed. Use this place at your own risk. We have pharmacists here who think they are better trained to serve patients than are the patients' doctors. My patients and I will never support this business again. Very dangerous behavior.

Great store. Savannah in the coffee shop is amazing. The Georgia fan in self checkout, I think it is Shane, he is great too. Oh, Craig!! Jared in deli! They just keep coming to mind. I am certain I forgot somebody that I really enjoy but I just like the store.

Tom is great here! Unfortunately he’s the only one. Was told my life saving prescription that I had misplaced would be out of pocket because it’s early to fill by a few days. Totally cool! Was told it was filled and I could pickup shortly. Awesome! Until I get there and embarrassingly am told it won’t be filled for another few days. Need to work on the consistency in this place. If it’s too early to fill-fine. Not their problem. But don’t be wishy washy with people and tell them one thing and do another. Please save yourself any hassle, everyone there except for Tom seems extremely bothered helping anyone. Jerks.

Worst pharmacy ever.Used to be good, now it's too big for its britches. Wait times in line are regularly half an hour, whether you go inside or use the drive through. They are often out of meds that have scheduled auto-refills, causing me to have to wait several days after the prescription was supposed to be refilled for them to get them in. Some of the people there (like Tom and one or two others) are very kind and helpful. Others can be quite rude.The drive-through there has two lanes, but one of them has been out of commission (broken) literally since this pharmacy opened several years ago. After yet another half-hour wait in the drive-through line today, I had what turned out to be an absurd conversation with the the pharmacy manager (Christie), who came across as quite rude.I asked if they had any plans to fix the broken drive-through lane. She said, "No, it's broken."I probably should have realized at that point that this conversation wasn't going to go anywhere helpful, but hoping that it might, I ploughed ahead anyway and said, "Yeah, I know. That's why I'm asking if there are any plans to fix it."She said, "No. We don't have enough staff to work it anyway. They want to just tear the whole lane down." So I asked if they had any plans to deal with the staffing problem. She said, "What staffing problem?"I blinked.Then I said, "Well, you just said you don't have enough staff to work the second lane, and I generally have to wait 20-30 minutes in line when I come here almost every time. It sounds like you guys need more help."She said, "Well you're welcome to come inside instead of using the drive-through," and she gestured behind her where the indoor line was clearly visible from my car. There were at least eight people in that line.I said, "Yes, I do that sometimes, and that line rarely moves any faster than the drive-through."To which she said impatiently, "Well this isn't a bank or a fast food restaurant. Issues come up, and we have to deal with problems sometimes."I said, "Sure, but this kind of wait isn't a once-in-awhile kind of thing. It happens almost every time we come here. I would think that getting the second drive-through lane working and hiring a couple more people might help."She said, "Well, sorry, that's just how it is," in a tone of voice that indicated that she was anything but sorry.We used to love this pharmacy, but over the years they have just gotten steadily worse and worse. We're looking at switching to Walgreens even though it's ten minutes away. It would still be faster than going to this one even though we live right around the corner from it.
