Our visit to Denver Mattress (Dacono location) exceeded our expectations. Dylan was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient with us. His expertise in sleep science truly helped us to be decisive in what we really need in a mattress. The whole experience has made us Denver Mattress customers for life! Night and day difference between “shooting in the dark” with buying mattresses online.

Dylan was super helpful in assisting me find a new mattress. He made sure it was within my budget and fit my sleep needs! I spoke with Amanda on the phone and she was super friendly and got me over to the right department. Great customer service all around!

Update 10 19.24, we didn't like our initial mattress. So we did exchange for a different one and once again The customer service and friendliness on this exchange was awesome. I highly recommend purchasing a mattress at Denver Mattress.

Dylan had great knowledge and was very patient with us. He was great at recognizing when we wanted to speak privately without having to ask him to step away but stayed close enough to jump back in and answer questions quickly.

The Salesman Colton was very helpful and knowledgeable on the mattress you carried in stock. He gave us enough information and also enough space to discuss with each other what we wanted to do. He was not there when we went back after making a decision to purchase and was helped by Keith to make the actual purchase and to establish a credit with you. It made the experience easy and we never felt pressured just helped.

Great experience, would 100% recommend.
Buying a mattress was such an easy (and pleasant) experience today! Robert helped us out, and he was such a delight- he listened to what we were looking for and when we gave him feedback, he pivoted and gave us other ideas and choices. He wasn’t one iota of pushy but SUPER knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Honestly, I generally hate salespeople because of the self interest in making a sale, but Robert genuinely seemed to want us to get what was right for us. If you are looking for a mattress, give this store a visit!
