Had an estimate done in August at the Erie location. Called several times asking for them to submit it to the insurance company. They say they have but my insurance company has never received it. They blame it on the estimator that quit, but they still have the estimate and can't figured out how to submit the claim. Now I've lost 2 months and our spare car is only drivable in good weather. They will waste your time and give you the run around! Go somewhere else!

I wish I could give this zero stars. Buyer beware do not come to this place even if your insurance recommends it.
They are liars and they create more problems, especially on modern cars, they have no ability to do their work on time and they lie and try to overcharge you even with insurance.
Do not use this company.

I cannot raise a red flag big enough to stop you from using this place! A 10 day job has been sitting with them for 6 weeks, the costs have more than tripled because of parts THEY broke during disassembly, absolutely zero communication except random texts on the days we're supposed to collect our completed car pushing it out over and over again! And when you call them they have no idea what is going on, with different answers from each person shifting blame, and an absolute refusal to give a solution. Our car is sitting there unassembled and their latest excuse is they don't have staff to do the work!
Updated 06/03: after calling today to follow up because we still have not heard back from them (again after being told our car would be ready this week and not hearing from them) their manager continues to be rude and speak down to us - telling us it's just too bad and we will "have to just wait" because the car will be ready when it's ready!
Updated 06/10: Still no car. There service is shocking and they refuse to return calls. To the point we had to drive there to talk to someone and get an update. Now the part they ordered for the second time two weeks ago apparently went missing (it took them two weeks to realize this). They have no leadership because apparently everyone quit - its an endless holding pattern with no answers!

I dropped my car off in February and was not able to pick it up until the end of May. In total, the repair took over three months. While it was eventually completed and I’m glad to have my car back, the communication about when it would be complete was very poor. They missed 3 separate completion dates, and didn’t let me know that the car wouldn’t be done on those dates until I called to ask what time I should pick it up. Very little consideration for the fact that people have to arrange transportation for those extra days when the car is not done.

The entire staff at Kaizen were terrific. They answered all my questions and kept me up to date about where my truck was in the process. I even got it back early and she looks great! I will be referring Kaizen and I will also use them in the future to fix a couple other booboo's!
