This place can never keep stylists, everytime I come, I hear the stylist complaining about being short staffed or the commission. It's affordable, but the last few times I have come the stylist I booked with quit or they have me waiting even with an appointment.

I went to go get my hair trimmed and the lady that cut my hair. Her name is Steph. I don’t know what was wrong with her, but she kept closing her eyes kept falling up against me just cutting my head hair straight across. I asked her to please stop cutting my hair because she wasn’t doing it right and she asked what she could do and I said stop cutting my freaking hair. It’s all uneven. I kept showing her how it was she had somebody come and fix It, I don’t even know Kim trimmed it out. I still ended up having to pay. I’m so upset right now. I feel like I should get a refund because I went in there to get a trim and got my hair chopped sizes on all the all around the lady tried the other lady tried to fix it for me , I don’t know. I just want a refund.

I took my 9 years old son 2 weeks ago for a simple haircut… this was a big mistake!!! please don’t go there with your kiddos, the stylist (a lady with short hair, I don't remember her name) had no patience and made a mess of my son's hair.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. Michale was extremely unprofessional with my 4 year old son. His comments were unnecessary and lack of patience showed he clearly should not be in this line of work. My child is 4 so he needs reminders to look down or stay still but to yell at him?? Not ok. I asked to speak with a manager and Sara was extremely unhelpful. She overheard every rude comment Michale was saying and not once stepped in. When I asked her if Michale was being unprofessional she just looked at me like a deer in headlights. First time to cost cutters and our last.

I go here every time to get my haircuts and they never disappoint. Every time I go in they’re all super friendly and talkative and I always leave with exactly what I’m wanting. I’m definitely going to keep coming here

got the WORST haircut of my life here. Absolutely horrible. It was layered but the layers were extremely uneven, and ZIG ZAGGED ON THE SIDE OF MY HEAD. It was also cut in a way if have to wear it parted in a different place then I ever parted my hair and I told them that. This was 4 years ago and I am still petty about it. it was $35 dollars.i don't even know how it was messed up this bad.Service: Haircut
