I find it so very sad that people are so entitled, weather you call or come in this store these great people are working hard. They do the best they can to serve all as quickly and kindly as possible while educating pet parents at the same time.Abby, seems like you may need to leave the house and see how hard it is to hear and to do multiple jobs and work with multiple people before you blast these very kind people.

Customer service at this store was terrible. I called to check on a dog food order, and the store background noise was so loud that I could not hear the store associate and she could not hear me. My call was handed over to someone else because she gave up trying to hear me, and that other associate did not know what orders she had going out today. Eventually, she figured out that the dog food was not instock at their store. The store failed to call me to let me know it would be delayed. The associate stated that it would be shipped when they had it in stock, and she did not know when that would be. I pressed the matter and she said that she would have another store ship it to me within an hour. I guess I will find out if that's true or not later today.

I called the store at 6 PM on a Sunday. They were kind enough to pick up the phone even though they should have been closed. Thanks to Jackie for staying a few minutes extra so that our dog could eat in the morning!

We love going to this store to get treats for our dogs! They are always so friendly, and our dogs love saying hi! It’s the only place we can find the beef bladder that our dogs go crazy for! There are so many different options for them there, it’s always fun to get something new for the dogs to try. Love it!

When I first discovered Chuck and Don's, I thought there were a high end Pet Food store. I was wrong. Every time I enter a Chuck and Don's store, the employees great me and are willing to help me find whatever I need. They never try to upsell me and often point to me to an item is less expensive.Their rebate programs alone make being a member worth the trip. Earning money back every quarter and with certain dog food brands, getting every 13th bag of food free makes keeps me coming back. If you're not a a customer of Chuck and Don's, you should seriously consider it.

The staff in my local store is always great. Also they are a drop off for Colorado Pet Pantry and have been great whenever I buy a donation in store and drop it off or bring in a donation.

I always enjoy going into the Erie Chuck & Don's. The people are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly but never pushy. Highly recommend!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I come in. On a recent visit, I talked to one of the gals about my kitty, whom the vet is now calling "a tad over fluffy". We discussed weight management food, I told her the kitty current ate Purina One kibble and Weruva canned. She recommended ND Weight Management and it has been a total hit! The kitty is excited for her food each day, hasn't had problems with the transition (the gal gave suggestions to help with that too, if it was an issue), and I hope we're on our way to better health. Thank you for being knowledgeable, for taking the time, for going the extra mile with suggestions for the transition, and for being super friendly. I love this store!

I love chuck and don’s! I have never ever dealt with any employee who wasn’t overly friendly and helpful. We were able to exchange our dog food after our dog decided he didn’t like it anymore, and Jackie and Sam were both extremely confident and friendly in helping us find a new food for him. It’s so convenient and it sounds odd, but I love it that there’s no overhead music in the store. It’s just quiet. Love.

Fantastic customer service… Jackie is ALWAYS willing to help me find the right food or product, navigate allergies and avoid certain ingredients for my pet… so knowledgeable about the products carried here. So glad this is local, and is just levels above your standard pet food and supplies shop. THANK YOU!!!

I love this place! For one thing, the employees are extremely knowledgeable about dog food and the benefits and necessities and how to pick from all the choices out there. For another thing if your dog doesn’t like what you pick out they will take it back no questions asked and refund you. They have a wonderful collection of toys- many I have never seen at the big corporate pet stores. Also, the store itself is extremely clean and well organized- which again is very different than the corporate chain stores. It sort of feels like a Whole Foods. Excellent selection. Only thing is I can’t go in all the time or I will spend all my money!
