This shop is AMAZING! Their service writers Leah and Kenzie are knowledgeable and a kick! They know their stuff. One thing I noticed is the workers in the shop seemed to like what they were doing, having fun...and doing a GREAT job! That was refreshing! Very friendly atmosphere! I'll be back!

I had amazing service. I asked them if they could get my spare tire back up underneath my truck and they had no problem doing so. It was a big help for a single busy mom. The price and wait time was great.

Needed an oil change and brake inspection. I was able to quickly schedule a service appointment. Dropped my car off at open and received a phone call shortly after letting me know what other work needed to be completed. Prices seems reasonable as compared to other shops around. Car was ready within a few hours. Thanks to Mike and Brakes Plus.

These folks have been great! Have helped me out twice for oil issues and because they were minimal fixes, comped their time. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend and we'll be using them for future maintenance!

I have had a bad experience with a separate branch in the past but this branch was absolutely awesome. I had gone through a two week headache of driving my car back and forth to Firestone and paying inspection fees for a new problem that was discovered with my alignment each time. After I replaced every tie rod firestone still wouldn’t align it without a huge fee of $230 because the inner tie rods were loose. I brought the car here and they tightened the inner tie rods in minutes and got me out the door for $100 flat. Alignment and tie rod service. The staff here is awesome I would definitely recommend coming here for any small services that you can’t, or don’t want to do by yourself.

My Land Rover LR3 has had issues with warped brakes over the last year or so, and turning down the front discs only temporarily resolved the issue. After having serviced them myself twice, I was sick of dealing with it and decided to have a shop take care of it.Kenzie and Jake got me a very reasonable price on new discs and labor, and they were able to get the work done the same day as the inspection thanks to local parts - much quicker than it would have been done if I did the work myself a third time, and without the inevitable mess that would have occurred. Having a warranty in case something happens over the next 6-12 months is nice insurance too.I'm just glad my car slows down nice and smooth when I hit the brakes now instead of violently shaking.

I've taken my vehicles there several times totally satisfied with all they do. No stress great service and no "after inspection reports" that try and tell the customer they need thousands of recommended repairs! Thankful they are an Erie business.
