I am very happy with Zynex Medical Electrodes; because they help me reduce the pain in my entire arm; especially the shoulder and neck, this relaxes me a lot. Thanks Zynex!

I am at this very moment on the phone with them. I found out by accident that they are billing my insurance company $125 a day for my husband's ice machine ( for his knee ), as a rental!!!!!!! I was told by the associate on the 26th of January that I had to pay $75 for it to be sent and another $75 a month later and the machine was mine. They are scamming the insurance companies!!!! I called and told them to pull up the recording of the conversation to prove what they said. I'm waiting on a call back from the billing dept. I told my insurance what they told us and now blue cross/ blue shield is going to do an investigation on the matter. This is outrageous. I will also be calling my doctors office ( who prescribed the machine ) and let them know what's going on. Also I'll be notifying the BBB. BTW, we had already purchased a unit from Amazon for $189. We haven't even opened the box from Zynex. I will be sending it by " CERTIFIED " and I expect to get refunded, especially since I wasn't told about them trying to bill my insurance company. OUTRAGEOUS

Convince of use especially when pain is intense. Use of Zynex is great relief for tense stressed arms and shoulders, all my upper back and upper extremities.Thank you for the generous supplies.

NEXWAVE a game changer! I suffer from RSDS in 3 whole limbs and my back along with disc issues. I was hurt on the job as a paramedic and developed RSDS. All the medications were not enough for me to still work or ride my horse. My pain management doctor was unaware of the NEXWAVE or the neck traction and other devices Zynex developed. I found out through a friend who just happened to be home for her brothers graduation and who was a salesperson for the company. I told my doctor and he wrote me a prescription immediately. I am now still able to work and enjoy my horse. I could be in the middle of a flare up and just reach to my belt turn on the NEXWAVE and do a 40 minute treatment. Following the treatment not only will the flare be gone but I am actually pain free in that area for 2 hours. Zynex doesn’t stop there they follow up on me every few months and make sure I have supplies and that everything is still helping me. They don’t just care about their products but they care about you. If you suffer from nerve pain you must get your doctor to write a prescription. Thank you for this incredible device I hope you continue to work on more devices that can help those of us in need.

I was sent this machine before my work comp approved it which was a complete error of the salesperson trying to, "Help me out." For two months I kept this machine unused in my house because I did not want to private pay for it. The salesperson, Connor, could not answer any of my questions about if it could be returned, how to go about it or anything in between. He texted my personal number and stressed me out further about this situation. He also interrupted my sessions at PT as he regularly came by there. Super unprofessional and not appreciated when I am at these sessions to focus on my recovery and not to talk to you. Finally someone at corporate explained that it could be returned if work comp didn't cover it AND I could have been using it the whole time. Train your salespeople better than this so they can at least answer basic questions, jeez!!!! At a time of injury this is the last thing a person should be bothered with. Zero stars would never recommend.
