What a waste of my time!! Went in 3 weeks ago to get a quote. They took pictures and my info, and they could not find me in their database to give a quote for repairs. later, when I called back for the quote. This happened 2 times! They stinged me along this way saying "oh, yeah, well, send it to you tomorrow." Wasted my time and lost my business. Now I'm looking for another provider. ????

I highly recommend Young’s! They repaired my Tundra and made it look brand new; they’ve also worked my fiancés 4Runner and matched the paint perfectly.They provide excellent service and updates throughout the process, exactly what you’d expect from a family owned business that’s been around for generations.The Manager, Devin Rumsey is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to replace my windshield with quality OEM glass while working with the insurance company and sharing updates on the claim throughout.When I went to pick up my vehicle it was immaculate and clean. I’m shocked by the professional and quality service Young’s provides and I highly recommend them!

The only reason I chose them is because they work with progressive and they could get my vehicle in the soonest. They’ve had my car for 4 weeks, when I was told it’d be 2-3 weeks. I’m paying more in my rental than my insurance deductible. Last week I was told they have all the parts & they’re waiting on painting - a week to paint? As of today, still isn’t done and the guy I spoke with refused to put a rush on the job. My vehicle was not too badly damaged, I cannot imagine if it was worse.. smh.I’ve had to call for all updates, no one has ever reached out to me. If you need to get your vehicle in soon, this place may be your only option but don’t be surprised if you don’t have a vehicle for a month or more.

The diagnostics were incorrect from the start causing a lengthy “repair.” This repair shop should have gave an accurate or at least a close estimate to the insurance. Their first estimate was about 3000 less than what the end estimate was. (There were a total of three estimates given to my insurance from this shop). The car ended up being a total loss the mis diagnostics excluded an electrical issue over $6000.00 the day my auto was returned to me Jasón told me the lights were flickering on the dash and said I would likely need a new battery. I did bring the electrical issue up to Jason the next day my car was returned to me. Cause I did get it checked and the battery starter and connection was verified good. I did bring the auto in for jason to “take a look at it”. He went on trying to compare his Escalade to my Cadillac and it’s obvious there was no way in comparing due to the fact that his auto had more then 77,000 miles then what my auto had. There was no further inspection at that time besides the chitchat. This shop knew my car had some type of electrical issue and just shrugged it off. This did put my life in danger on the Highway due to the fact that the signals stopped working on me during a night time ride because of the electrical issue. The work done on the body was not done well cause in the end the rain water was seeping into the cars trunk. A clear sign there is frame damage and this would not be a repairable car. In retrospect I should have waited to get seen by my first shop option instead of young’s auto body. Further more, this shop would call repeatedly my insurance to get approval for parts and labor. My insurance ended up paying 11,000+ I will not recommend this shop to anybody.Services: Painting

I did have to make an appointment to get an estimate for collision damage. The staff was friendly and the estimator that looked at my vehicle was very thorough and explained things well. I feel very confident in their estimate.

I brought in my Mercedes c300 for very minor damage & youngs auto body fixed my car & left it looking brand new ! It literally looked better than before the accident. They’re also super responsive and fixed my car super fast. The best auto body shop experience I’ve had !!

Horrendous service, zero communication from them. Constantly tell me an update is coming later today and days later nothing. Car still isn't close to be fixed, feels like they need six months to make a repair.
