I’m frustrated after leaving. I asked for a specific style, pink chrome. I have attached photos of what I asked for and what I recieved. When I came in today she took me after a 10 minute wait. I showed her what I wanted and she assured me she could do it. About 15 minutes in, she had an appointment walk in. So instead of doing quality work on my nails, she rushed me and then didn’t even give me what I asked and told me “It’ll save you money”. Well I’m here because I intended to spend money; but this place will never get that again. Make an appointment and stand up to them when they try and change the entire style. I wish I would have. Oh, and I paid $60 for this, honestly not worth it to look like a child painted my nails.

It was my first time here in ~2 years. Lisa gave me a beautiful set of acrylic nails. She was really fast (around 50min) and didn't sacrifice quality while doing it. I'll make this my go-to nail salon.

Hardly leave reviews unless I had a really positive or negative experience and let me just tell you this was one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! I had an appointment with KIM so that definitely helped with my zero minute Wait time! They were attentive from the minute I walked in. I came in my boyfriend me getting acrylics and him getting a pedicure. He is a professional ballet dancer, so his feet are unfortunately a little beat up, but walking out of the salon you could never tell he’s danced a day on those feet!! I waited to write a review until the two week mark hit, but these nails aren’t going anywhere! I’ll have to take them off at home and get a new set this weekend from Kim because she did everything and more! If you’re looking for somewhere where you won’t be judged, really good quality nails, and just a nice clean environment with amazing service this is the right place !!

Very accommodating when I ask for 10 different colors! Ms Kim is always so accommodating with my crazy requests and she always does an amazing job!!! Highly recommend! And with crazy request Ms kim matches the picture exactly (mushrooms).

I will never come here again. I came in from the get-go telling them that it's been years since I've had a manicure, and my cuticles are in dire need of cuticle care and she goes straight in with doing my acrylics without even cutting my cuticles, and I tell her no that's too short. I don't like them take them off and gives me attitude about it and reluctantly does a terrible job with cutting my cuticles, and I couldn't even stand it. I just got up and left. Do not waste your money at a salon that will not take the time to listen to you and do what you want them to do. U are paying for service they should do the service that you were asking them to do and if it's outside of their scope of range, then don't tell me that you can do the service.

first come, first served, not staffed for Subday. Do not bother booking online. Even though I received a call to confirm time, I showed up at the booked time and was left waiting 30 minutes with my feet in cold water without any service acknowledgement. I left. The booking times are incorrect on the website also - be sure to check the hours of operation separately. I'm done coming here.
