Western Union does not “work” here. I have come multiple times to use the Western Union service and no one is able to help me out. Today was the worst experience as I called ahead and was told it was working today. I spent $30 on an Uber to get here just to be told “the only person who does the western Union is on lunch so you’ll have to wait an hour”. I waited because I didn’t really have anything else to do then they come back from lunch to tell me that the western Union is “not working today”. This place lacks communication skills and training amongst team members.

I tried this store for the last time this morning after observing 3 employees watch an elderly woman struggling with the self checkout then snickering to each other who's going to help the old lady ! First off why is there 3 employees standing around and not a single checkout open ?!?!? Secondly the lack of human decency was showed by 3 different employees when they argued over who was going to "Help" a customer!! Management should be ashamed

I agree with Wilbur B. - I almost don't want to write a review of this pharmacy because I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself. The pharmacy staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store itself is welcoming, clean, and offers a great selection of hot foods and fresh salads. This store is my happy place!

I might hate myself later, but this pharmacy is the best kept secret in town. After bumbling with KS, Walgreens , CVS etc. I found this pharmacy . Unlike others, there is a consistent knowledgeable, friendly staff, always willing to help out. Jordan has been there a long time and is always a huge help. He seems to be a guy who loves his job, enjoys his clients.... truly a rare find

I had a great experience at this Safeway this morning because of all the exceptional customer service I received. The gal at Starbucks was very helpful. Then Becky provided exceptional customer service by helping me get a new shopping cart. Additionally she is very friendly which I appreciate. Also, there was a young man who helped me navigate the store. Lastly, a wonderful lady helped me with ease of check-out at self-check-out. I will definitely be back to this Safeway because of all the great service I received.

When coming to this store, I found the produce section was pretty abysmal. Lacking in both quantity and quality. The rest of the store was what I usually come to expect in a Safeway. Checkout was quick and efficient.

Worst stocked grocery store! Can't tell you the number of times I've been in especially to buy products on sale and more frequently than not nothing is on the shelf. For example, SB chicken breasts and thighs are on sale this week and in visits on two separate days they had no product ... none. Now I know there are employee shortages affecting staffing and products but at this store irrespective of Covid or non-Covid operations it's the same song time after time. Management knows the sales are coming yet this store consistently is out of sale products. Waste of time to go to this store. King Soopers is always better and likely will be regardless of the looming strike.

Today I picked up some wonderful chuck roasts. At the checkstand Jennifer greeted me so cheerfully and remembered that I like paper bags. Everyone at that store is friendly, and I always feel welcome.

Please check expiration dates when buying anything from this location!!! This place CONSTANTLY sells expired items. I've had 5 separate occasions of buying an expired item and bought 3 expired items on my last trip. Watch out for the items that don't move quickly (I.e. vitamins, yogurts, muscle milk). The most egregious was when my wife bought women's health vita-gummies that expired 11 whole-a#!months earlier. Again, always check expiration date when buying from here.

If you liked every employee or manager you ever met you have not been to enough Safeway stores! I was in the parking lot of this store minding my own business before going into the store to buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks and a store employee hollared at me "HEY! IS THAT YOUR CAR?" (a woman standing next to the employee had a horrified look on her face.) I said "yes sir it is." The employee then said "WELL WE'VE BEEN HAVING PEOPLE GETTING INTO CARS IN OUR PARKING LOT!" (The woman standing next to the employee appeared quite shaken and more horrified.) I then said: "OK." The angry employee then went inside the store and I decided to try my luck getting the coffee I came for at Starbucks and went inside the store. I noticed a small group of people with worried looks on their faces huddled near the Starbucks and a man from the group approached me carefully and said "I.m the store manager and is your car in our parking lot?" I said "yes sir it is." The man who identified himself as store manager then said "Well we have been having problems with people getting into cars in our parking lot." I shouted "YES AND YOU ARE BLAMING ME FOR THIS!" With my coffee I walked outside to my car and called 911. The Arapahoe County sheriff drove up and I told them about the 2 strange men who worked claimed to work for Safeway and the sheriff went inside the store to investigate. The sheriff came out of the store a few minutes later and said "They said they have been having problems with people getting into cars in their parking lot. They said they weren't accusing you." I felt relieved to know that they were "not accusing me" and can only assume they had not taken their medication that day and were perhaps having auditory and visual hallucinations. That would explain why they did not call the sheriff themselves about the vehicular trespassing going on that they were complaining of. The Arapahoe County sheriff's office confirmed that Safeway had not called to report "the people getting into cars." There are no security cameras in the parking lots either.

Pickup Address: 7375 E Arapahoe Rd, Englewood CO 80112 I am utterly disappointed with this location and it's lack of customer service. This is the second or third time I have placed a pick up order at this location for it to be a huge disappointment. Twice now I've gone to this location for pick up and the workers have delivered my groceries to my car without receipt and without knowledge of the order. They never tell me if they had to substitute anything or if anything was missing from my order. The last time I placed an order I picked it up and two - three bags were missing. I called to ask about it and the worker blamed the manager packing the order then I was asked to hold for the manager. When I talked to the manager on the phone at first he was offended saying he personally packed the order and he knows my items were there only to double check their fridge to find out they forgot to put a few bags in my car. I had to inconveniently drive all the way back in a Colorado thunder / rain storm (Pregnant ) to pick up my missing groceries all for the manager (a male) to offer some $5 off cards that expired the same week! Then today I decided to try the service again - Months later - and it's still ridiculous. I came home to multiple items missing from my order and went to check my emails for a receipt and there was only the previous order receipt including the missing items. I called the store and they again blamed the manager saying the manager packed the order and that the manager was the one who messed up the order. Then the manager (a female) came on the phone , I explained the situation and she proceeded to blame another employee and then said well I know we were out of atleast 6 things on your list and you already received a final receipt - in which I told her that the final receipt I received Included the missing items. I said the worker who dropped my items at my car didn't tell me anything was exchanged or missing. This manager then tells me the same excuse they told me months ago - well the receipts aren't printing so the person who brought out your order didn't know the details. I said it's their job to inform the customer of these things because it is in their policy / ordering process that they will inform you if they have to exchange an item or its missing. The lady basically kept saying ummmmm ummmmmm I don't know what to say or do. She was trying to be passive aggressive saying well we're out of this and that when I named the 12 items missing from my receipt. When I said I understand if you're out of something but you can inform the customer or explain this nicer and be informative instead of being snotty to me. She had no remorse , no customer service skills and no professional courtesy. She was completely air headed. She did not know how to deal with the complaint and I'm not satisfied with the service or how this manager handled this. I used this service for the convenience due to the fact I have a small baby and toddler. They make it more of a headache and I regret using the service. This store is horrible. The produce and meat lack quality & freshness. The customer service is complete BS, the location is complete BS. Someone should put it out of its misery and replace the store with one that actually cares or a staff that actually cares. I would leave 0 stars if possible.

Whoever answered the phone about a minute ago was rude and don’t know customer service. That’s something that she probably wants get worked out if you guys have her answering the phone. There’s always a limit that someone can receive from western union butbher answer was “it depends on the time of day and how much money we have” Don’t play me like that. If my manager would have heard me say that to a possible customer, there would have been issues
