Terrible customer service. Changed their story 3 tines about why Something couldn't be done over the phone. Interest they pay is a joke. Can't staff branches. Would not refi at competitive rate but they bought the loan when I refi'd with someone else. Don't even have the sense to get the origination fee. Roll over cd's to a much lower interest rate than the original cd. Lie to you about why they have to open multiple accounts in your name. Try to sell you stuff that's not competitive with the market.

The staff Is amazing .. I went to bank today to get some cash as I need all $1 bills and I was the last customer after counting the cash by mistake I dropped $1 bill on the floor which I didn't noticed and I came back home on the way back home I got call from the Bank that you dropped $1 bill on the floor and when I counted they were right , they said we will put it back in your account, I felt so happy although it's just $1 but they do their job diligently and 5 stars to the staff. I appreciate your help ...

Really bad experience, I was discriminated. Bank teller though my check was fake because of my appearance. Check was from a company that i work for, and i had never had any problems in the past (8 years). I recommend you to go to a different location.

I'm sorry to the public this is such a late reply. But I quit using this branch of Wells Fargo about a year ago because of a banker/manager named Jordan Archuleta. I went in and lodged a complaint with the branch manager but to no avail and was given a number to someone who would not pick up.
I've since switched to another location and coincidentally haven't had any problems. This location does very aggressive customer interaction; overly greeting you; or trying to sign you up for whatever. The formal problem I had was that Jordan willfully didn't order a replacement debit card, even though he was acting like he was. It made me survive on tips for two weeks due to my long work schedule at that time. I know the mistake was deliberate. Since switching the branch to another location the customer service problem stopped instantly there and I got my debit card no problem. I was stunned at the very low level of professionalism at this former location. I sincerely hope the culture at this location "rolls over" or is adressed.

So Wells Fargo has my mortgage, we had a massive hail storm and my roof needs to be replaced. Ins issues me a check with me, my wife and wells fargo on the check, this is normal. I need to have the check endorsed by wells fargo to sign the check over to the roofing company. I called customer service, they advised no problem, bring the check and your ID to a branch and they will endorse. I visit this branch, talk to a great employee, but he couldn't do it, he needed the paperwork from state farm. The following day I went in again, had to deal with someone else and was advised that both my wife and I would have to sign the check PRIOR to wells fargo endorsing it. I argued that this was my 3rd trip in and none of my prior contact with them had told me this, they still refused to endorse. This is a perfect example of why you NEVER deal with this company, never open an account with them, never trust them with any kind of financial responsibility! They have horrible customer service and have proven themselves time and time again to be totally untrustworthy.

Huge flaw at the drive up ATM. There is no overhang or cover with the exception of maybe a few inches so ran/snow just falls right into you ur vehicle and your cash/checks get all wet.
