READ: This establishment is fraudulent. I was a victim of Identity Theft about a week ago. I called Wells Fargo online number and they canceled my credit and debit cards. The crook seemed to be lucky and cashed out some of my money from my account at this location, and not only that, the teller happened to have given them my account number. What they don’t look at id’s anymore. I am so angry and waiting on the police report because this establishment was very irresponsable to giveaway money to someone who impersonated me. I hope the crook and the employee both get what they deserve. I believe in Karma. Can’t wait till the cops start the investigation.

I’ve never experienced anything negative at this location in terms of customer service, other than a long line and it being short staffed. It’s a bummer that they’re closed because I live one minute away. Is this close temporary or permanent?

I had just left the branch over in bear valley and you can read my review there. But at this location, Jennifer and the manager Domingo were phenomenal! They made sure my situation was taken care of and that I had peace of mind. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

We have had a family safety deposit box at the 5050 S. Federal for more than 60 years (my parents) and their two eldest offspring have had access to the lockbox for over 20 years. With this physical location having changed bank names a dozen times or so, and with the Wells Fargo takeover, Wells Fargo buggered the data migration and account information so we could no longer access it.The employee Jenny and her manager Domingo Lora-Mendoza were extremely uncooperative despite having the safety deposit box key and a drivers license to prove my identity. Their unwillingness to understand the physical key, safety deposit box number, and identification should have allowed me access. I was in their system, with a California address which I verified with them. I am me. But the poorly trained Jenny and the arrogant Domingo Lora-Mendoza were not only rude but a tinge of racism came out. Domingo Lora-Mendoza even told me I ‘had an attitude’ when their inability to connect simple dots was the real issue. I am sure Domingo Lora-Mendoza would have not spoke to me the way he did on the street. He is a disgrace to Wells Fargo and an unequivocal closet racist.

I pray that the closing manager be fired. There's been issues at closing times numerous times and today again, I get there a few minutes before closing and the doors were already locked but there were customer!!!! If there are already customers and it's still open, why close?!?!?!? Terrible management. Severely let down with Wells Fargo. This will not be forgotten and this branch I will probably never visit again.
