Shocking interaction with a teller here.
Came in to get a new debit card and was being treated like I stole the card.
I have been coming to this location for over three years and could not believe the amount of grief I was being given.
Think it's time for a new bank.

I'm loving the new Englewood location! It's a cozy branch and so convenient being tucked into the shopping center (easy parking!). The staff consistently provides exceptional service, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile.
Plus, the new walk-up ATM is super fast and feels secure.

New Englewood location is terrible! It is a small storefront and difficult to drive to, going through other stores parking lot. My big deal is they took away the drive up ATM. Now you have to get out of your car and use a outside ATM, which is not safe a location of us older people. Time to shop for a different bank.

Great Experience! I had an issue with my card and Cashier Nadine and her Supervisor (sorry I didn't get her name) were very attentive and helpful and I could get the money I was needed for! Really Great Attention and Wonderful Costumer Service! Thanks to them!

I made an appointment to speak with a banker here and received the absolute worst service from Casey at this Wells Fargo banch. I told them specifically what I needed to get done prior to arriving for my appointment, and was told that she didn't have enough time due to other appointments. She also claimed I was late even though I was prompt with my arrival and was sitting in the lobby for over fifteen minutes waiting for someone to help me. Been banking with Wells Fargo for over ten years and never felt so disrespected especially when I stated clearly what I needed to get done. Furthermore, I was interested in rolling over my 401k to a Wells Fargo account and she stated she couldn't help me with that either and tried to give me a phone number to call instead. Honestly biggest waste of my time and money especially when they advertise they're happy to help.

The 4 years I've lived in Englewood the ATMs deposit feature has never ever worked I work 8-6 most days so I can't make it into the branch and I need the ATM next to my house to work...never does huge inconvenience 4YEARS!

Do yourself a favor and Don't waste your time in this place only to get very slow and bad costumer service.
get ready for very long period of waiting time just to do simple banking process.
I feelt unsafe during my last visit.
Everytime I visit this branch I find out things getting more worst.

This location sucks ! I stop by 2-3 times weekly to try and get quarters for the laundromat and they're never open inside despite their hours claiming they are it's ridiculous how they manage to stay open when they never help anyone, not to mention the ATM machines are always down
