This store is a disgrace! Came here on President's Day and what a joke! They decided to close the self check out lanes and did not have nearly enough cashiers to operate the store. Lines longer than security check at DIA at Christmas time. If you are going to close 20 self check out lanes, you better have more than 5 cashiers to handle customers! So, not only do you have to bring your own bags the lazy cashiers wont even bag your purchases for you! You have to do it yourself too apparently. Prices are higher at this store than my Target store and they can't even bag your purchases. WTF?. And another thing , they keep rearranging everything in this store to make room for more booze! Everything has changed it's place ever time I go in here lately. No more! Not returning. It sucks !

Worst customer service! Tried to return some items I purchased online. The refund process had an option to return in store. The customer service lady said they weren't able to do it but she can print me a label to ship it in myself. Ok fine. She couldn't get it to work. So spoke to another lady in Spanish and she told me their printer was broken and can't do it. Which is bs cause the first lady would've mentioned something. Avoid this Walmart at all cost.

Employees will straight up ignore you when looking for help. The two larger women at the deli didn't even respond to a friendly hello. I waited for 10mins before they said "what can we get you"

If I could give negative stars I would, I have made a habit of avoiding Walmart because of the fact they never have check out clerks. But once in a while they have areally good deal so I risk it, this time was the last straw! Found my items went to check out and they actually had a few live people to check you out!!! Checked out and they didn't bag my items, so I asked can I have a bag? They said you can buy one but we don't have paper or plastic bags for customers. I then asked well can hou take the security device off the item I bought, she says no you have to go to the service desk for that....so I go there and wait for 10 minutes in line just to have the person tell me no they don't do that, that is done at the exit...I was like your kidding right? I then told them they need train their people how to do their jobs. She replies "whatever". I turn around and the manager is there and I tell him this is the worst store I have ever been to. He replies " then don't shop here"... What a complete sh!thile of a company!!!

How to shop at the "new" Englewood Walmart? Don't. Just don't. Ever. They might have changed items around but there's the same old unavailable, uninformed, non present and unapproachable employees. Higher priced items on lower price sales tickets you will find, so you think you're getting a deal. Watch your selves on that one. What they have done is raise there prices so that you can scan, bag and charge yourself while the 500 year old "cashier " stands behind you breathing down your neck so you don't steal their crap. As if they don't have a bajillion dollar theft prevention system. My advice is that you, go home and try to spit in your own eye. It will be a much more pleasant experience.

I came to this location and there was an overwhelming feeling of negativity here from both the customers and the employees. From the security guards and the anti-shoplifting gate at the front entrance, the screaming and crying children, the hot foods/deli section that was empty in the middle of the day to the cashiers that had that " I dont want to be here " look to them. At other Walmarts I usually hang around and look at different things to see if anything catches my eye but everything here just gave me the feeling of get what I needed and leave.

Please go in person and do not use their delivery service. My food either wasnt delivered to the right place or was and then the driver took the food back with her. Please be warned this is happening more and more now

Walmart.com has double charged me 5 times in the month of May alone. They took a charge for a hold amount as well as a bill amount that both reflected on my bank account days apart around the bill date. Then they claimed that they did not see the second charge each time. That was 400$ of additional charges just because their process includes taking a hold amount and then charging a billed amount for groceries bought through the app. Their process is supported by a system with errors that my bank was helpful in disputing. This service is a rip off and they charged 100$ for a membership that i am not comfortable using anymore because of all the erroneous charges!

One hour to receive my pick up order! Absolutely insane! Mine as well just gone in to shop what's the point of having pick up. You have no problem taking my money to shop but when it comes to simply delivery my groceries it takes an hour!!!!! Do not use store pick up here!

Some of the rudest cashiers and workers I have met. Especially the teenager they had working the self checkout. I had an issue and asked for assistance and she quoted "sucks to suck" now usually I don't like to complain or make fuss especially cause as a pharmacist I get yelled at and complained to all the time for things that are out of my control but attitude is something you do have control off and she lacks common decency all around.

Staff very happy and helpful. Found what I needed quickly. Cashiers immediately opened up more when there was a need. Don't see that at a lot of places these days!

A truly mediocre and easily replicated experience nationwide. Extremely obese and friendly young ladies, occupied young black men quietly muttering the most outrageous obscenities with a sporting a genuinely complacently concerned facial expression. Harried middle aged mid management scurrying to and fro on their crucial missions. Lacking on the strangely shaped and clad white folks celebrating their forced frugality of economic position, sufficiently blunting the impression of touring an interactive human zoo. Purchaser's of electronics totally unaware of Amazon and the fact Office Depot price matches.
