Dirty, empty shelves, pharmacy is not helpfulI asked the pharmacy assistant to help me find Zicam. He didn’t know what it was, and asked the pharmacist. He then said to look for it in the Cough isle. I said that I already looked there and couldn’t find it. He said if it’s not there, then they don’t have it. The entire Walgreens was empty. I walked back through the isle and found it - decided to leave it. Prefer to drive farther to a pharmacy that’s actually helpful.

I’ve been going here about 4 years. It wouldn’t surprise me if this location closes soon. For weeks the shelves have been half empty and it feels run down now. One time I went in and there were pallets of things to go on the shelves. They were still there a few days later when I came back in. The staff are usually nice but they usually look kind of miserable. This store has had issues keeping pharmacists too. I recommend the Walgreens at Downing and Evans instead.

Is this store closing or something? Many shelves are virtually empty, there were flies buzzing around, the pharmacy has new staff every time I go in. Something strange going on at this store.

Grossly understaffed, and poor customer service. Also their printer was broken and they never sent an email telling me it was broken, so it's honestly pretty cruddy that they didn't tell me. I never go to Walgreens for anything and I probably won't ever go.

I received a phone call from Walgreens they said they can't legally give me my medication.The man I spoke to was Yonas, Walgreens Store Number 3298. He couldn't give me the Law and was very rude. I hope the phone call was recorded because the level of gaslighting regarding laws was disgusting.When my doctor called the Walgreens they stated that my medication has been on backorder. The fact that Yonas tried to make it seem that I was trying to break the law instead of saying that my medication was on back order was extremely unprofessional.

Pharmacy review only. The staff are always friendly, but the pharmacy is extremely slow. Took 90+ minutes to get someone on the phone with ‘two people ahead of you’ on hold. Picking up prescriptions in person can take 20-30min if there are just a few people in line. Clearly they are understaffed, but its just not a good customer experience.

I gave up after waiting on hold for 70 minutes to speak with the pharmacy. Can't believe they were so busy in between 312pm-423pm that they couldn't answer a single phone call.

My Doc sent a meds here and I called to ask pick up time since every time I go they never have it filled and I have to wait. I'm dealing with overwhelming nausea and need these meds to stop puking. I was told, "maybe 8pm." and I asked for a better time, something reliable since I do have to work and can't just leave anytime and can't be waiting that long since I don't want to be puking in their waiting room. They put me on hold, hung up on me. When I called back I was just put on hold again and no one got back to me.

Made an appointment for vaccines. Showed up, waited 20 minutes in line at the pharmacy, and was turned away due to understaffing. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not to be honored?

Booked a covid shot, drove halfway across town, only to find that the pharmacy had closed early. No notice to me, even though I had text notifications ON and phone number on file. This whole company is dysfunctional and getting worse all the time.

I went to fill my prescription.. I had recently switched jobs and the new insurance hasn't kicked in yet. The pharmacy tech "Ken" went way above and beyond to work with my situation and ultimately saved me several hundreds of dollars!! He totally took it upon himself to help me! I didn't even ask him to. What a good guy! Great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service! Thanks again, Ken! You rock!

I didn't use the pharmacy but both staff I talked to were very helpful and nice. They were able to help me out quickly with getting passport photos.

Had prescriptions sent to this pharmacy for myself and my kid. Called ahead to let them know I was coming so they could have them ready. They said they couldn't get them ready that day but would have all of them ready by 11am the next day at the latest. Got a call/voicemail that they were ready the same evening but waited until 11:30am the next day to be sure. 2/5 were ready, the other 3 hadn't even been started on. Asked me to come back later....oofEDIT: Got another call that my prescriptions were ready and not surprisingly, they were not. Love driving back and forth to Walgreens all day.

My card wouldn't work and the manager covered my 5 dollar cost for me.very friendly. The pharmacy is amazing. I'm from vegas and they transferred my narcotic medication and even allowed my out of state insurance. Great staff all around!!

Worst walgreen pharmacy I’ve ever used. Drive thru never open. Today, drive thru was open BUT THE INSIDE WAS CLOSED?! Also they took 20-25 min to help one person ahead of me
