Worthless staff, don't use this pharmacy if you have any other options. How does it take 24hrs to fill a prescription?

So many reviews about people not getting enough attention, when I had quite the opposite. I had an associate call the cops on me and accuse me of shoplifting when I checked out at the photo center. Nothing says customer service like 3 cops banging on my door and saying I’ve been accused of stealing! Don’t waste your time or your money here. Go to the Hampden or Evans location instead.

I gave up after waiting on hold for 70 minutes to speak with the pharmacy. Can't believe they were so busy in between 312pm-423pm that they couldn't answer a single phone call.

I want to like this Walgreens since it’s close to my house, but the pharmacy continuously fails to provide even the most basic level of services. Not only does the pharmacy rarely have enough medicine to timely fill even very commonly sought prescriptions, but the customer service is about as bad as it gets. I called the pharmacy half a dozen times to get help with a prescription — but kept getting hung up on. Eventually, I just went to the store, where the two people behind the counter looked at me but didn’t even acknowledge my presence. In fact, the guy behind the counter took a phone call on his personal cell instead of helping me. (His friend from California doesn’t like snow, from what I could overhear!) Meanwhile, the pharmacy phones were ringing and no one answered them. Ultimately, no one was able to help me and I left without my prescription. People rely on pharmacies for serious medical questions and assistance. This Walgreens isn’t serious about anything, and I strongly discourage anyone from using their so-called services.

I went in there last night and they had me knock on the door to get let in and as soon as I was in they locked me in I didn't feel safe. If Walgreens has a theft problem hire security to be at door. Don't lock me inside what if the threat inside or a fire how would I escape. I think it's illegal and wrong I would not go there unless u want to be locked inside with who knows whoever having a bad day..they should get reported to OSHA..

I really want to like this store because it's very close to my house and the staff are always nice to me. The pharmacy is no longer in my network, so I really need to go somewhere else for that. So I am left with coming here for basic products- haircare, snacks etc, and they are always out of product. Please stock your shelves, fix the pharmacy issues mentioned in other reviews, and give your community a reason to come to your store!

Ken in the pharmacy provided excellent customer service helping to get my medications. I won't go any where else. Working in a pharmacy has to be difficult much of the time, Working with patients who don't feel well, and Ken does an amazing job!

Employee Stacey's verbal attack was abhorrent while attempting a pick up at the Broadway location in Englewood. When I arrived, I had choice to select a pick-up location. I choose the drive-up but when I arrived the drive-up was closed down. The only way to leave the drive up is to go around the block on a one-way street. I arrived back in the parking lot which was full except for 2 handicap spots. I do not have a handicap sign on my car. There were no spaces marked for pick-up so I called the store to let someone know that I was parked near the alley. I saw an employee named Stacey with a bag and waved to her to get her attention. She was 2 cars away when she began SCREAMING at me, completely unprovoked, that I was supposed to park in one of the handicap spots. Again, there's no indication of a pick-up in those spaces. She repeatedly kept screaming at me while blaming me because she couldn't find me. It was the first time ever where I had an encounter with an employee who was completely unhinged! She clearly is not fit to be working in customer service.

I attend this Walgreens once a week. Last week, the manager (male with long hair in a ponytail), has seen me every time I have been there at nighttime. I showed up before closing, (9:50 pm) and was greeted with looks of disdain. I was told the store was closing in 5 minutes. I said I needed to purchase KT Tape (for a broken foot that I am recovering from). I knew the store had it. I didn't know where it was located. This manager told me to go to the arts/crafts section. I said that I need tape to wrap my foot and was told that he doesn't know where that is. Yeah. I'm sorry to obligate you by asking you for help. Suffice it to say, I gave up on getting the tape to wrap my foot and went home.Today, I arrive early on purpose. I search the store, and low and behold KT Tape is in a section of the store I wasn't aware of. I realized that I shouldn't expect this manager to take the time to recognize my need and treat me with respect to assist me.Lastly, as I was searching for the tape I needed today, I had the pleasure of overhearing this same manager flirting with his female coworkers, halfway across the store. My confidence was assured that his priorities as a Walgreens employee are completely intact.

I’ve been going here about 4 years. It wouldn’t surprise me if this location closes soon. For weeks the shelves have been half empty and it feels run down now. One time I went in and there were pallets of things to go on the shelves. They were still there a few days later when I came back in. The staff are usually nice but they usually look kind of miserable. This store has had issues keeping pharmacists too. I recommend the Walgreens at Downing and Evans instead.

Grossly understaffed, and poor customer service. Also their printer was broken and they never sent an email telling me it was broken, so it's honestly pretty cruddy that they didn't tell me. I never go to Walgreens for anything and I probably won't ever go.
