Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your prescription especially if you see woman with the name tag PAIGIE After claiming that “ my prescription wasn’t in the system “ had to drive down town to get a real paper prescription, when I handed it to her she goes “ughhh! This is going to take 10-15 minutes, do you want to come back tomorrow?” I kindly said, I’ll wait, and she wasn’t very happy about it . It’s hard enough to take care of my sick kid at home ,,now I also have to deal with a person that is tripping on power and acts like she doesn’t want to be there?!?! Try been human one time in your life

Can't seem to get the basics right. 3rd time I've been notified that my Rx is ready, only to arrive and it is not. This time I've been told it's coming from "the big pharmacy", but they didn't " get their tote". Same story 2 days in a row. Basic mismanagement.

This Walgreens was not bad at my visit. They had what I was looking for, the store was clean, the checkout was fast and friendly and everything was like it should be. Right off the Mary Carter Greenway Trail that runs through Littleton, it was a fast, easy and convenient.

What is going on here? Ive used them for years with no issue and the last few months it's been 30 mins to answer a call and an hour in line to pick up...just to find out they havent even "accepted" your perscription. Massive delays, completely false time estimates. My situation isnt dire, but you're gonna kill someone else if you keep playing God with people's meds like this. Just tell us you can't fill stuff and quit wasting our time.

This location went from highly reliable and timely to a complete joke. it takes days to weeks to get prescriptions filled, they have frequent periods in which a pharmacist is not on duty and therefore you can't pickup meds even when filled and they can't tell you when scripts will be filled for high needs situation (i.e. post surgery). Do not go here or rely on them for timely service.

I agree with the last review. My daughter has been sick and has an antibiotic that is in the que to be filled since Monday. Tuesday night I was told it would be ready Weds. Wednesday at 1 I was told it would be at least 2 more hours to come back again that there was nothing they could do until it comes up in their que to be filled. How many trips are we going to need to make to get an antibiotic? Be sure to plan a week in advance before getting sick cuz it will take that long to get any medication

Update: Apologies... this review was meant for the store down the street on Belleview near Santa Fe. BUT keeping it on here because I've never had a bad experience at this Walgreens. Pharmacists have always been kind and knowledgeable. It is very busy but that's not their fault, they handle it well.I went in for vaccinations the other day and the pharmacy staff was lovely. Walgreens site had been double booking so they've been running behind. The girl who I spoke with first who checked me in was super apologetic and sweet. Answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Turns out the wait wasn't even as long as expected because they worked very efficiently. The gentleman who gave me the shots was super friendly and upbeat which I was incredibly impressed by since they are probably dealing with disgruntled people all day due to the scheduling conflicts out of their control. It was very refreshing. My husband had a scheduling error on the website but they were still able to accommodate so he didn't have to go out of his way to come back. I'm very pleased with how the pharmacy staff handled everything, keep up the positive attitudes! It makes a big difference. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about five years now. I’ve never had problems until recently. They continuously reduce their hours and are understaffed. I’ve gone to pick up my meds three times within the past two days during open hours but the pharmacy has been closed. Walgreens needs to step up and actually pay their employees a decent wage while also treating them better. This is unacceptable.
