The worst place ever, keep you waiting over 30min for help and was told busy but only few people in this store. everything is overpriced never come back ! Go to petsmart much better!!!

I did an advanced training class with Amber. She was wonderful and tailored the class to the needs of my dog. She was patient and very knowledgeable about dog training and helped me figure out how to best train and support my dog. I would recommend her to anyone! I will definitely be taking more training classes with Amber!

I shop at this location several times a month, the staff is great, always eager to help even when they are very busy. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment, she was not cleaned, her glands were not extracted, she stinks....etc. nothing I paid for was done. I had to pay before my dog was brought out and by then my money was taken for services not rendered. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE.

I took my 9 month golden doodle for a groom yesterday. The haircut was good. But the bill was $20 higher than cited on the app and no explanation. I received no feedback on how it went basically paid my bill and was escorted out the door. I got the feeling she really did not like dogs.

This rating is directly for Amber the dog trainer! Amber works at this location and she is so fun, dedicated, and hilarious. She makes dog training entertaining. If you need dog training I suggest going through Petco and requesting her specifically.

DO NOT come to this location for grooming services. I booked the service weeks ago, no where says puppies cannot get a haircut until the appt day, they refuse to cut my dog's hair because she's too young and that's Petco's policy. Fine, I changed my appointment to bath only and they accepted her, after 30mins drive home, got a phone call from the groomer Evy, saying she's not comfortable to do anything with my dog, not even a bath because the dog has some matts and I need to pick up my dog asap. I was upset for spending 1.5hr in traffic that day (mid day work day) for this appt but not getting any services done. They checked her hair when I dropped her off, if the matts were so bad, they could've told/warned me before I leave the store so i can just take my dog home. Talked to one of the managers Rowen, instead of solving the issue, she told me I just need to pick up the dog then hung up on me. After that, I called the store 17 times, got hung up 3 times more, rest of the calls no one picked up, I know they did that on purpose to avoid more conversations. The way they treated their customers were horrible, the way that manager Rowen handled the situation was not right, I've been a customer of Petco for 9yrs now, never had an experience like this. DO NOT come to this location.Follow up: called another Petco location (in Denver on Mexico Ave), talked to the salon manager, she's not aware of any puppy policy that not allow them to get a haircut unless the dogs are aggressive. Also asked her about the matting situation, she said normally it doesn't happen to puppies that matts are so bad and have to take to a vet to get calming medicine in order to bathe/cut the hair. I got a completely different answer from another petco location, my guess is it was a Friday, the salon was busy and the groomer Evy did not want to deal with a puppy. That just shows what kind of poor services they provide to their customers.

My fiancé and I have been taking my husky puppy, Rogue, for lessons for her puppy 2 classes. We have been working with Kenzie and she has been absolutely amazing, alert, attentive, and friendly. She is great at explaining all of the commands so not only Rogue understands, but we do as well. Also wonderful at explaining how to continue training once we get back home. She just graduated from her puppy 2 class today and we are very much looking forward to working with Kenzie in the adult class for both Rogue and our other dog Bruin!

Waited a month for our appointment as everywhere is extremely booked due to COVID. We took our two dogs in as we have numerous times before. They have a new policy where they have to mess with your dog before taking them in to see if they're "aggressive". Our 12 yr old yorkie gets feisty when his eye crustys are scratched (he has no teeth) so she wouldn't see him. Our 8 yr old dachshund was fine until the girl pulled the hair INSIDE his ears?! So he didn't want anything to do with her after that- Who does that?! Anyways they won't muzzle dogs anymore I guess so we'll never be going back there.

I have a bladder disease called Interstitial Cystitis and needed to use the restroom badly. Three employees, including the manager, were insensitive and did not want to let me use the restroom. They stated that due to Covid I needed to go next door to the liquor store and use their restroom. That's not fair to the liquor store or to Petco customers. I persisted making my case to the manager, even letting him know I was fully vaccinated, and he eventually did allow me to use the restroom, which was difficult to find and access due to a piece of paper covering the sign and a gate blocking it. I have never experienced anything like this before. Interesting how I can use the restroom at Costco, Target, King Soopers, Kohl's, churches, restaurants, even the next door liquor store, but not at Petco. Next time I will be shopping at Petsmart.

Very helpful staff. The cashier that checked me out made sure to answer all my questions before I even asked them! Such as you can return anything, even if used, as long as you have a receipt, which is very nice considering pets can be picky. Great experience at this store. They also price match which is extremely helpful!

Yesterday we took our dog in for examination and treatment and everything was excellent, very professional and reasonable. Pet palace will be our vet-from now on. The Dr. is very good and took the time to explain everything to us. Love everything about this place .
