Security doesn't check your seal. They have you fill out a form where you write in the seal number. OK cool!

I give one star because otherwise I can't comment but they don't even deserve it, I've been waiting 6 hours for the lumper because they say they have the system down, that's very bad and they should look for another solution because they are playing with the time and money of feeding our families, because because of this I lost my next load, now it's an hour late so you can see what happens to you ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

The Female receiving clerks are extremely rude and snotty to the male drivers. This is a repetitive behavior that I have seen from them. I don’t know where their entitlement comes from.

I worked there for 33 days there’s is no safety enforcement here I constantly saw how employees used the equipment in all sorts of wrongful ways from surfing on triple jacks to sharing equipment for rides to the office, as well as witnessing how a manager almost got ran over because everybody wants the right of way first , there is a trainer there that wanted me to pick my books in a weird way not allowing me to hit the number I needed to make at the end on the week… Saultez likes to eat out in the floor I mean they break all the rules at this facility and are discriminating, there is a 20 year old girl that started on the same group as me and she always gets help from Saultez and other trainers it came to a point were we walked in her equipment was ready for her while everyone had to go to the office for a scanner and to the back of the warehouse for a triple jack( no wonder her number were good she had help)… from the start nothing made sense here they even had us picking on our own from day 3 even though the law says we needed 2 week of triple jack training!

If your appointment at 5 am there is parking overnight. Check in at anytime then they will have you park on the street. My appointment was at 9 am they called me in at 9:30 am. Then Capstone sent me a message and my bill was $400 for 3 pallets. US Foods then said they will call me it’s been 4 hours and I’m still here… terrible ?

It's not US Foods that's messed up. It's Capstone!!! Any place you go that has Capstone you experience long long waits. Capstone could care less about us drivers, so they take their time. They're getting paid so screw us!!!!

I checked in here at 6:30am I had an 8am appointment. They didn't put me in the door till 9am. They didn't start working on my trailer until after 11am. And I've been here for almost 6 hours, and this is really quite unacceptable. There is no reason for it, if you come here you better be prepared to sit a while because they don't care about you or your clock. And this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location..

These people are the worst, they charge you 325 lumper, they send you a message that the papers are ready and when you go they say that they will call you to move from the door and I have 5 more deliveries here Denver and these people play with the time of the people, a total disaster of a company, change that policy like Walmart, if merchandise is missing, they charge the owner, not the carrier that arrived with its correct sealed cargo, do not send the automatic message, change your wrong policy of receiving

Park on caley st then use sidewalk to walk to guard shack if you arrive more than a few hours early. People in guard shack are nice when you break seal take it to door 16 with your Bol slide tandems chock wheels. You can check in the day b4 your appointment and they will call you with a door most likely at your appointment time they will call

Had an appointment to deliver at 9am they tell me 1130am. I parked in staging area like everyone else. He tells me I have to drive across the street across 4 lanes to park. Why nobody else has to. They did call around 1145. Got a dock but they messed with another load I had on the truck. I had boxes every where. Total wait time from dock was 4 hours. US foods and Sysco are the worst. Waste of time for one pallet.
