My husband and I went into the this location to make changes to a business account. We were updating addresses and she didn't update the mailing address. Wetold her that it was valid but it was my mother in laws and needed to be updated to the new business address. The checks we ordered shipped to the incorrect address and didn't have the DBA listed like the debit cards she issued. When my husband took the incorrect checks to the bank, Lyndsie charged us for the corrected checks. She said that we told her that the incorrect address was the correct address when she placed the order. What about the wrong business name she input? She still charged us for her mistake. Disappointing.

Exceptionally poor service today at this US Bank branch. I came in today to make some change and I have a checking account with U.S. Bank. The Asian gentleman with gold earrings saw my work jacket and automatically assumed that I was making change for my business. I came in to make personal change and he said that he was going to have to charge me to make change for a business. He asked me if I had a business account? I have never been asked this at any US Bank branch that I’ve been to. I have an account and have had an account with US BANK for several years and it shouldn’t matter if it was for personal use or if it was for my business. I gave him larger bills and took the same amount back in smaller bills. He said that he could only do it this one time with much reluctancy. What happened to customer service? Absolutely horrible service! Do not go to this branch!

The people at this US bank are exceptional. I came in for a new bank card, as my old one was hacked, and Lyndsie Brown went out of her way to help me completely reorient my accounts to make life significantly more manageable. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and highly professional. I walked into that branch feeling incredibly frustrated, and left feeling elated. I recommend this branch fully, and hope others get the chance to work with Lyndsie.

I show up before they close to get a cashiers check to purchase a new vehicle. When I show up to the window the guy just says that he can't do that amount and I have to come back tomorrow. I NEED MY NEW VEHICLE. ITS MY MONEY AND I CANT HAVE IT because he doesn't have "authorization". How are you a bank and you don't have authorization to give out money. The workers that work the closing shift are absolutely rude and ridiculous to work with. Do your banking elsewhere.

Lyndsie was a blessing to meet. I was having one of the worst days ever, And she really showed me that no matter how bad of a day u think u are having. U can turn it around. For someone to go out of her way and be such a amazing employee really makes me love this bank so much. I don’t think I would be having a bank account anymore if it was not for Lyndsie going above and beyond being the best employee. Thank you so so much.

Going to the bank is such a chore. I don't usually write reviews, but after the experience I had with Lyndsie, how could I not! She was so patient and knowledgeable regarding all of my questions and made the whole experience as easy and stress free as possible. The past year has been a challenging time for many people, and despite my initial grouchiness and concerns, she remained professional, provided reassurance and even made me genuinely laugh. Now thats customer service! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I witnessed a customer be completely rude and out of line to the bankers here, I don't know how someone can be that mean and aggressive towards them. I mean, Lyndsie and Vivian are the sweetest ladies and are so knowledgeable and funny too!! And they remember my name every time I come into the branch. This is my #1 choice for US Bank location because of them!
