I had to return my work equipment after retirement and had three QR codes that each were supposed to be scanned in order to ensure that all equipment was credited as returned to me. The guy at the counter could not have been less interested in dealing with a human. Only one QR code was scanned. Any of my verbal engagements were met with a barely perceptible nod as if to make sure his curly hair did not slip out of place. It was truly weird. If someone speaks to you and you are in customer service, some sort of verbal acknowledgment might be nice. I have a piece of paper with a tracking number but with zero details of what exactly went where. Hire humanoids who can deal with humans please.

Store opened 30 minutes late. The man at the front desk was completely unprofessional and rude when presented with a question about a prior package dropped off and unable to track. Only good thing about this store is it’s open on Sunday’s but opened 30 minutes late. Kudos to yall.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Had to ship a big box and they identified the cheapest way to get it there. They also now have a self-serve scanner for Amazon returns, which will make that faster too.

I absolutely love this UPS Store! I come here often to mail packages and drop off my Amazon returns, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient. No matter how busy it gets, they keep things moving smoothly. Today, Travis helped me out, and he was quick, professional, and super helpful—just like the rest of the team!
One of my favorite things about this location is the seasonal decorations. They always make the space feel warm and inviting. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes every visit even more convenient. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-run UPS Store, this is the place to go!

UPS is the worst. Refused to deliver to me so I had to pick it up and they charge you for that when it’s their mistake and their fault.
