I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding assistance I received from Rafaella at the UPS Hub. She went above and beyond by calling UPS tech support and ensuring we found a solution to my ongoing issues. Rafaella's dedication to customer satisfaction has completely turned around my previous bad experiences with UPS. I'm grateful for her time, effort, and commitment to resolving the problem. It's reassuring to witness UPS's proactive approach to improving and addressing customer concerns. I look forward to seeing how UPS continues to evolve and appreciate their efforts in providing a positive customer experience. Thank you again to Rafaella and the UPS team.

This UPS Center is the best ever. We drive 20 minutes out of our way to this place because all of the other UPS’ are full of angry people. The two gentlemen who work the customer area are always so kind, polite, and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to ship something and doesn’t want to deal with all the scrooges at Christmas time.

Super helpful customer service. Friendly and really informative! The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and eager to assist me in shipping some presents. Easy parking and great location to the highway.

Worst service ever! I Was told my overnighted package I needed to sign for would be delivered at 12pm. Rearranged my day to be home and the driver shows up at 9am while I’m taking my kids to school. So called and set up pick up at customer service (30 min from my house). I Show up between 5-7 like they told me and am told it’s not there yet and won’t be before 7?!?!? Needed this package before leaving tomorrow and they’re closed till Tuesday. To top it all off I had to deal with the RUDEST people working here!

Mike Choinard is the best UPS driver I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is polite, punctual and makes a difference. Me and all my coworkers know we can depend on him to handle our time sensitive shipments.

Very helpful. I wish the delivery person delivered the package like they were supposed to, and I didn't have to drive here to get it, but the customer service here was great

Awesome, awesome, awesome... Did I say AWESOME!! The Tarrant County Clerks office didn't inform me that to receive my delivery there would be a signature requirement. Of course when the package is being delivered I'm not home. I tried going on the website and changing the delivery address and time. It couldn't do it. I also set up to get text messages about the delivery on the website. Never received one. Tried calling this location instead it was the call center number. Was told they'd put notes in the computer that I was coming to pick up my package the very next day. Come to find out they did not. Well...I arrived 3 mins after their afternoon closing.I explained my situation to the gentleman who answered. He opened the door and let me inside and said let's see if we can find this for you. My package wasn't where the computer said it would be. It was on the belt about the loaded on the plane back to Texas. This AWESOME gentleman retrieved my package and brought it to me. Words can't explain how much I appreciate him going above and beyond. Wish I knew his name so I could properly thank him in my review. Even though I thanked him several times inside the store. Thanks again Sir for your help and wonderful customer service!!

Our company uses this location to hold fragile packages for pickup. Packages consistently arrive on time and pickup is simple. We'll be back!

So far, I don't have a good impression of this location. UPS was supposed to make my T-Mobile delivery today, (9/26/2022). Because my Apt number was nor included, a delivery was not even attempted. This is a very small package. All the driver had to do was leave it with the leasing office, which is clearly marked. Now, they want another two days to deliver the package That seems ridiculous since it is already in town. Now, I have to pick it up tomorrow because of their "procedures"

Process was easy and quick. I was assisted closely by the store representative to use kiosk machines to enter the sender/receiver addresses and then he guided me to the payment counter and shown his screen on the delivery options and recommended best option as well.
