Do not drop off anything here! I was returning my iPhone to Verizon and someone stole it from here! Do not use this access point! They do not keep your items safe and do not take any responsibility! They took it, scanned it, and literally put it in the shopping cart in the front, no wonder someone stole it! Now I’m having problems with Verizon…do not go here!!!

Service was fast and very polite. Amazon returns were promptly taken care of by staff, refunds were within 15 mins, thanks to the fast action of the UPS team at this location.

The Michaels team was super helpful for sending a package. If you have something already boxed and labelled, I definitely recommend.
