“I had called several shops looking for someone to repair a known problem with my transmission. They all told me I had to have a rebuild (over the phone), even though I had researched the problem and knew it was a minor fix. I called Transmission Warehouse and talked to J.J. and he knew immediately what the issue was and quoted me a fair price. I took my truck down to the shop and he had my truck fixed in less than 2 hours and it shifts like new now. And the price was what he quoted over the phone. No drama, just professionals doing what they say they will do. I highly recommend.”
“I met Shaun after just having moved to Denver. I was looking for a local trustworthy mechanic and luckily I ran into him. I recently bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from a dealership and I had noticed a couple issues after I drove it home so I had the dealership fix it up (took them over a week). When I got it back I still noticed the issues so I decided to have Shaun do a full inspection for me. He noticed more problems with the Jeep and brought them to my attention, a major engine rattle that I didn’t catch and that the dealer didn’t disclose to me. If it wasn’t for Shaun being as thorough as he is, I would’ve been in a lot of trouble down the road. Thanks to Shaun I was able to address all these issues with the dealership and they agreed to fix everything for me.
