Truly amazing how consistently rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful Leo is. Simple questions about parts yield smart-alec, confrontational, and snippy answers. Day in and day out. A true paragon of consistency, bravo sir. Bonus star because every other interaction with counter guys in there has been positive.

Great store. These guys are super nice and helpful. They also have the best snacks of any parts houses around town. The only thing is, if you end up calling and talk to Leo, then you might as well hang up and try to find someone else. That guy has caused me nothing but problems every time I try to order something. He's also rude and gets frustrated and short and does not listen.

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Would never recommend using them. Long wait times and when you do talk to somebody, they are extremely not helpful or nice.

Leo the counter guy was extremely confrontational and rude when trying to get parts for a fan power box, when asked to be directed to another counter person he lied and said there was no one else in the store to help. Not the first time I have gotten attitude from this guy. . . Not impressed
