My partner and I are needing to stay out of our house for a few days while repairs are being done so we found ourselves needing to find a local and cost effective place to stay! We were looking for a place we could both do our remote work in too- this place has it all! It’s nice and clean, great cost, great (not weak) coffee, great WiFi, a nice breakfast every morning and Dana and Colbi have been terrific. They made our experience here feel personal and helped us both feel so welcomed- we are happy we found this place! We hope we won’t need to ever rent locally again but, if we do- we will come here!Rooms: The rooms have all that they need with an oven, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, full sized fridge, etc.Food & drinks: There are great restaurants nearby! We are excited to try seasoned 52 tonight

This is a nice and clean hotel, we stayed for 2 nights with family, the hotel is near to many restaurants and branded stores/mall.I have a lifetime top elite status with Marriott and have stayed in countless Marriott properties across US over the years, the main reason that makes a hotel good is the hotel staff and how they treat their guests, the staff in this hotel is great/exceptional.We were greeted by Jen S at (Reception), She was extremely helpful and upgraded our room and took time and explained us about breakfast time and other things related to the hotel, when we were leaving after 2 days and didn’t find the luggage cart Jen S sent the hotel staff to help us out with our luggage, all this hospitality makes guest feel good/important, we had a great stay at this hotel-Special thanks to Jen S and staff, will surely stay here again when we visit this area and recommend same to family and friends.

Customer service is not so great and they only have two washers and three dryers which only one washer and one dryer works.

The staff is very nice! The hotel could use some tlc. It's a but rundown with cracks in the sink and gouges in the floor. The wifi is slow and the walls are thin. The room was clean and they give you a nice welcome gift upon arrival which makes me feel bad about not wanting to stay here next time I'm in town. I could've probably overlooked the cosmetic stuff but the thin walls are awful when you're trying to sleep or even relax.

Decent place to stay. You can tell it's older but still serviceable.

I am simply copying the email I sent to the property manager as my review. I removed some personal specific details and corrected a handful of typo's. The TownePlace Suites Denver Tech Center is not worth the price we paid to stay there for one night. My wife said it best when she called it a Motel 8 with a half assed attempt at a kitchen. I will attempt to sum up my experience in this email. No doubt I will miss a few of the details of what went into the poor quality of the stay. But these are things you need to know and things I plan to leave in my Google review. I will also be reaching out to Marriott corporate about these issues. We arrived at about 6pm on Friday, 1Sep23. We were greeted by Brandon at the front desk who was eager to help. It was also very clear that Brandon was new to the hospitality industry. While he was checking us in, I mentioned that when I completed the reservation, I had asked for crib service. To which he replied "For what?" as my wife was standing next to me holding our 1 yr old son. I also asked about the additional pillows and towels we had requested. He said he would check into it and get back to me. The first thing about the buildings we noticed was the solid green pool with the bike locks holding the gates closed and no sign. I specifically selected your hotel because of the pool and the crib services. The pool was clearly closed but nothing about "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything. Then, we noticed the exterior "security" doors. None of the ones we used closed on their own properly. I told Brandon about this and he told me there was a new maintenance guy who is supposed to fix them at some point. I took my wife and son to our room and began unpacking the bags we would need. The first thing my wife and I noticed was that there had clearly been former tenants with a cat in there as the corner of the couch looked like a well worn scratching post and there was a large round hole in the carpet about the size of a pie plate. The refrigerator had a large pool of water in the bottom drawers and there was a distinct funk in the air. This was room 129B. I complained to Brandon about this and he moved us across the hall to 130B. Thus, we began the process of relocation. The new room still suffered from the scratching post issue, but no hole in the carpet and no pond in the fridge. So, we stayed. When we were ready for bed, I had to go back over to the front desk to ask again about the crib, pillows and towels. Brandon handed me a bag with the towels, pillows and a couple of flat sheets for the pack and play as well as the pack and play. Points for the flat sheets. I took everything back to the room and when we set up the crib, it had caked on food all over the place. Clearly this has not been cleaned since the prior person used it. I would think in this day and age, the issues with this are clear? When I returned the pack and play to the front desk, I asked Brandon to have the manager call me and that my cell phone number was on my account. He called my room a few minutes later and told my wife the manager's name, not spelled correctly. We noticed the next morning that one of the two window locks did not work and being on the first floor, this is a serious safety issue. Had we noticed this the night prior, we would have moved again. The following morning when we got up to go to breakfast, more fun was had by all. We got to the "breakfast" and went looking for a high chair. Well, the chairs we found were covered in all sorts of gooey stuff and crumbs. Clearly, not cleaned in some time. I notified the front desk person and she said she would get somebody to clean them ASAP. She later came out with a napkin. I told her that whatever was on these seats she wasn't getting off with just a napkin. She took both high chairs to the kitchen area to clean them. The woman who was running the breakfast area proceeded to clean the high chairs. She told me "I've been working here well over 2 months now and I ain't never seen anybody us

This is a Run Down hotel, there are bugs in the rooms and poorly kept areas including rooms and beds. There are stains on the beds and couch, our room we stayed in the alarm was going off and I called for help this lady said she will send someone, no one came, I went to the lobby to speak to her directly she was insanely Rude about it and just ignored it so I slept the entire night listening to the fire alarm running out of batteries. I only picked this hotel do to the layout being more convenient for multiple people staying, however, if you can afford to spend $50 there is a great Hyatt hotel 5 minutes away. Stay away from here unless you are ok sleeping with bugs and dirt and fire alarm.

Ug. $199 a night. My room is a mess. Walking into building B, you were overcome by a funky smell, this transcended into my room. Without actually looking, I started finding issues everywhere. I’m not sure how a construction manager or any hotel maintenance would allow these issues to go unresolved. The room has a small kitchen and desk area that would accommodate an extended stay.

It is a very appealing hotel concept?: an urban version of Residence Inn with full kitchenette (dishwasher, stove with oven and full size fridge). I also ? an architectural design, it is more "eastcoast". It is maybe "no frills", but a comfortable one.

The staff is wonderful and extremely accommodating. In a tech center location which is fine, just a short drive to restaurants and shops. Very clean.
