“Stolen Car RepairedI had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen in July, and amidst the stress and frustration, I reached out to several body shops for assistance. To my surprise, this particular body shop stood out as the only one willing to take in my car, despite my calls to 6-8 other shops. Right from the start, they set the expectation of an uncertain timeline about the repair, especially considering the common theft of my make and model.Initially, they maintained decent communication with weekly automated text messages that kept me informed of their expected timeline.However, there were two points of my experience that were not so great. First, when they encountered difficulty sourcing a part for the ignition, communication from their end dwindled, and I found myself having to initiate conversations. Secondly, following their acquisition by a larger company, there was a new payment policy—be prepared to write a check or use a debit card to avoid a 2% credit card fee.Despite these hiccups, the team demonstrated their expertise during the repair process. The final result was exceptional; the car was meticulously put back together, with paint that flawlessly matched the original and repairs that restored it to its pre-stolen condition. The added touch of detailing left my car looking nothing short of brand new upon its return.Todd, a key contact throughout, was consistently friendly and helpful. While communication lapses occurred, when I could reach Todd, he provided all the necessary details to navigate the process. Overall, I would recommend this body shop to others, thanks to their expertise, commitment to quality, and the outstanding job they did in restoring my car to its former glory.”
