I was here buying some wine with my mother because she needed help carrying the wine but when we got to the counter, this new hispanic cashier with a bun and glasses named fernanda already got my mother’s ID and she was asking for mine nonstop when i am already with a parent and im in my 20s. I had left my ID at my car so I couldn’t get it with a lot of people in line. So we had to talk to manager and the manager told us it’s okay that we do not need to show ID. The cashier was being rude and ridiculous. And my mother was halfway through paying but because i was walking off with the cart the cashier said she cant do the transaction and called the manager again in which the manager said we are literally in the middle of paying so we are good to go. I don’t care if she is following her job instructions but that was the most ridiculous thing I ever experienced from here. Also calling the manager everytime ? because miss Fernanda needs to over do everything and not knowing how to properly do her job must get tiring. Workers like that should not even work there. My parents love going to that place because they have the best wine but after that interaction, we do not want to keep going there if that same cashier is going to be there.

Needed a bottle for a very sincere thank you gift, asked for help. Instead of an honest attempt to help and provide a quality recommendation, they tried pushing their “questionable at best” store brands that are nothing but profit for Total Wine.

Unbelievable inventory and selection.
They have many premium bottles of wine. I like the fact that I can get a bottle of, for example, brunello (I love a good brunello but who doesn't?) with several years of aging.
You can also find myriad bottles of highly rated wine to treat yourself and loved ones with a special bottle.
