“This is what a thrift shop should be! It's small, it's truly affordable, it's cute, the shop clerk was the sweetest lady, and they even have a shelf of free food for anyone who is in need. We didn't find a whole lot..a few bits and bobs, but I loved the feel of this place. It felt like they were actually trying to do good for their community. Rare.”

“I shopped at the Goodwill location on S Broadway. As I was checking out, my clerk who is at most 18, stopped to search 2 fellow employees Personal bags before they left for the day? I quipped "are you now Security"? He said "no, I'm just doing what I'm told to do". My concern is, they are putting entry level Employees into a serious role that a Member of Management should perform. What exactly do they expect the employee to do if he sees anything in their personal belongings? How would he know? What is his training in this process? What are his areas of authority to do anything if he suspects anything? This is pitting employees against employees. This is poor policy and implementation by Store Management.”
