Juan Silva did good helping me get a car I really wanted. It was close to closing when I got there and he did everything with helping me regardless of time, but if course it was for the sale which I get. Great price on a very nice car, but the same night I left, the check engine light went on. I took it in, the good thing is they said they will take care of it since I just bought it. It has been their for a week and only got a text saying they haven't even diagnosed it yet. Called the manager today and got the ball rolling. Waiting on parts and for them to fix. Will update on what happens next(Changed to 4 stars for now)

I purchased a car barely over a month ago and I’ve already had the brakes go out. The alternator is out of wack and upon getting my brakes looked at I’m missing one lug nut and three were loose!! You’d think they would check these things!! These guys care about one thing, selling you a car. Not making sure the car they are selling you is In Good working condition. Upon me calling about it, I was left on hold for an hour to be told to take it to “their” shop. I called the number and set up a time to go, to have them tell me I’m responsible for the defects of a car that was at the time only a couple weeks old! And that The Sharpest rides would not cover the issues. Not to mention the sales people don’t know crap about the cars they are selling and very pushy about their reviews just because they sold you a car. So, here’s your review dex!

While I had a "medium" experience with another one of their sales associates, Frankie took the time to sit down with me and help me through the anxieties of buying a car. He was very helpful and a great person to have a conversation with. He helped me with the Manager, Moose, to help me get a great deal on my new car.
