Toxic workplace culture. Micromanaging leadership, typical "we are like a family" line used, gossip is rampant. People get promoted based on favoritism, not skill, which means that under skilled teachers are hired over younger more skilled teachers. Boss is okay with berating their bottom line. No wonder there is so much turnover here!

Please build one in Colorado springs or even monument, I'd drive from fountain everyday just for my high functioning 6yr to a school that understands him.

Amazing place. The service they offer to individuals on the spectrum and their families is so valuable. We’re fortunate to have a place like this in the Denver area.

This school literally saved our family and opened the world for our son to enjoy. He sings and laughs when he gets on the bus to go to school. I know he sings often when he is there too. The staff is amazing and supportive of who he is and where he is at. In addition, he has found lifetime friends. I can truly say that the TJS family is our family.
