Poor customer service/ NonresponsiveWe submitted our loan application and majority of required docs but when the home sold to another buyer we decided to hold off on the loan process. Later we found another home and contacted Rachel again but she never responded

I worked with Kemper Lewis of Synergy One Lending to purchase my house 8 years ago and because of my great experience I recently worked with him to refinance my home.
