Whether you are beginning your yoga journey or looking for advanced instruction... this is the place. With great instructors, you will practice postures that require stretching and compression of the joints, muscles, ligaments and other supporting structures of the body. Your body naturally protects itself from physical exertion by generating heat from the inside muscles outwards. The heat starts up front. This provides that extra protection from the very first pose.
