Robert is very attentive, helpful and friendly. I came in to get a new unit on regular mgrs day off. He was very thorough in going over my options and listened to my needs. Very positive experience! I would recommend anyone in the area looking for a unit to check these pups out. ?

Nice employees, clean establishment with better accessible controlled access to your storage unit. Better security measures to ensure the storage facility has control who should be there and who shouldn’t. Covered loading dock for trucks and cars is a great addition.

I am really thinking about going with a different storage company. The manager Jaden has been SUPER RUDE to me & my visitors as well as over the phone. I've referred to people & haven't received not 1 discount. They close access super early & there is a GREAT presence of shady people & drug users. No trash can for just little trash like cans, cups, tissue etc cetera. Not enough carts & doesn't seem very secure.**Edited**New staff has been helpful, friendly and professional. Carts are in the building and can be checked out from the office. Still no trash can but it's been explained as to why and I get it.Still renting here because of new manager, Shannon.

Simple set up, easily explained process, and relatively convenient storage. First self storage experience I have had, and it was good.
