I have never been treated so poorly or with such little empathy by a business as I was by StoreQuest Littleton01. My camper was broken into, the lock drilled out and personal items rummaged through. It looked like someone was living in it. Being fearful that the squatters may return and find me at the camper, I promptly hitched up and left the premises. I called the office to report the incident and spoke to the Asst. Manager on the phone. I didn’t even get so much as an I’m sorry to hear about that, or an are you and your camper OK? Instead I was greeted with excuses, a rude attitude and was told to call my insurance company because StorQuest is not liable. When I asked about the surveillance cameras that they advertised, he reported that their system had been down for months. I asked him if he wanted any information from me and he said no, he didn’t even ask me to identify myself. I told him I would stop in the office at a later date to discuss the issue.Today, I arrived at their office to terminate my lease and discovered that my lease had already been terminated by the Asst Mgr. He had done this solely off the caller ID from my phone call! He had also already rented out my space to a new tenant. Since he had terminated my lease, failed to notify me of doing so, rented out my spot, and failed to secure my property, I asked about getting refunded and he laughed at me!I have never been treated so inhumanly or disrespectfully by a business before, it was truly insulting. I will soon contact StorQuest corporate to report this poorly ran and dangerous storage site.I advise anyone looking for storage to avoid StorQuest, avoid it like you would avoid COVID!PS: they’ve raised the rent several times, the spots are so tight that you need help parking, the gravel lanes have not been maintained since I first moved in, and they admitted that their advertised Surveillance has been down for months and they were totally unaware that squatters had moved onto their property or worse still, knew and didn’t care.

By far the WORST business I have EVER dealt with in all of my life. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional! I am AMAZED these people still have their jobs that work the office. I highly encourage anyone thinking of using this particular location to save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. You have been warned!

Absolutely unprofessional. The women answering the phones at this location are extremely rude and don’t do anything to help. They don’t plow the lot, it’s a hazard driving in there and icey and muddy. They do not keep up with the maintenance on the lot. I do not recommend!

Worst possible company and storage location. My trailer has been physically STOLEN from this location. We have had it parked here for a year or so and my husband and I go to grab some things and it is GONE. The property manager was extremely rude that we wanted camera footage. Very suspicious. Says they have 2 cameras, only 1 way in and out. They say the cameras were NOT working and they did NOT find any footage from it being taken. We pay monthly for the cameras to work for our property to feel safe and they say this! The lock was broken off and on the ground when we got there. Horrible horrible experience!

I've had my trailer stored here for years. Over the years it has been hit and broken into. I've been pretty calm about everything because it was a low cost storage lot. However the cost continue to go up year after year and the latest fiasco was very disappointing. They asked everyone to remove their vehicles for two weeks while they regrade the lot. They did not add much rock and it's still mostly dirt so when it rains it will continue to be muddy. They have re-labeled the spots and left the old labels up making it very confusing. In the process I lost my spot that I've had for several years because they parked another vehicle in my spot. I was not warned ahead of time. I asked for my original spot back and was told no. Because of their inability to put things back where they belong I have lost my spot that I've had for years. For the price do I have to accept this? They seem to think so. Very disappointing.

Awesome prices for this lot. They have put in a lot of work to improve the space and it definitely shows. I have stored here for years and the girl in the office are always so friendly an helpful

This place looks like a junk yard. We put our trailer there for one night. It looks like the getto. There is no radius to turn to get in the spot, with no real markers to define the spot. If I could have given it a minus score it would be -100.

Storage area is a mess. Lots of weeds and trash. Very difficult to get service. Raccoon damaged our roof costing $8,000 in damage. Still trying to get reimbursed for charges submitted after we cancelled service. Called five times.
